Cannes: Charming 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Cannes, tastefully renovated in 2022. It’s located just a few minutes’ walk from the Palais du Festival (ideal for the MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Lions, MAPIC, ILTM, and other events) and is also perfect for family vacations.
Great amenities: a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator).
Living room with dining table, sofa, TV and Wi-Fi in the whole apartment.
1 bathroom with shower (at the end of the passage to a bedroom) and 1 separate toilet on the living room side.
Two portable air conditioners are available in the apartment, no fixed air conditioning.

You will be a few minutes away from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beaches, train and bus station. Nice area, close to everything!

3rd floor without elevator.

Strictly non smoking apartment. No pets allowed.

The apartment was beautifully presented. Clean, bright, modern furnished. The agency were lovely to deal with and helpful. We had had to move from a poor property last minute from another agency and Olam Properties were so helpful. Only downside is it’s on the third floor with no lift, but it’s worth it. Good exercise!

Had a wonderful time

The apartment is lovely! New, super clean, comfortable, exactly as described in the pictures. The owners were super helpful and super quick to respond to any queries. I can't recommend the place enough.
