Excellent Holiday - Perfect Accommodation

Where to start.... this was an excellent experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful well thought about accommodation. The property is a short distance from the main drag set up on the hillside. Views are excellent. The property is furnished to a very high standard with everything you can expect such as washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, television etc etc. The property is very clean and very well maintained. There is a beautiful heated swimming pool which is open 08.00am to 10.00pm to use. Everything about this property is perfect. The proprietor was also very helpful with lots of information on the best places to visit whilst on the island. Wonderful holiday. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Très beau séjour chez Laurent, notre hôte , accueillant, disponible et nous donnant de bonnes idées pour découvrir la région : rando , restau… La propriété est au calme , entre mer et montagne , notre appartement était très propre et bien agencé, très bien équipé ; la literie parfaite ; grande terrasse couverte au frais , avec vue mer ; observation d’oiseaux , de milans royaux ; Les cerises sur le gâteau sont la très belle piscine et son jacuzzi , avec une belle vue mer!! Très bon séjour.

Un havre de paix un peu en retrait du tumulte des zones hyper touristiques. Appartement très bien équipé et très agréable. Idéal pour visiter la Corse de l’est et de l’intérieur et du nord au sud.

Ein toller Urlaub

Tolles Haus in wundervoller, ruhiger Lage. Super Tipps vom Gastgeber bekommen, Empfehlungen in Sachen Strand und Restaurants waren klasse. Pool und Whirlpool sind auch grandios, alles gut gepflegt. Küche war gut ausgestattet, hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Un séjour idéal 👌👍

On ne peut rêver mieux ; idéalement situé et avec tout le confort pour l’appartement, la terrasse et la piscine. Laurent est un hôte prévenant et très accueillant nous avons découvert grâce lui quelques « pépites » de son île. Nous recommandons vivement cette location en couple ou en famille.

nos meilleures vacances

Nous avons passé 14 jours merveilleux. Superbe appartement tout équipé (avec clim , c'est appréciable) , piscine magnifique (et chauffée), vue sur le maquis et la mer , dans un calme absolue ... que demander de plus ? Dés notre arrivée , Laurent nous a prodigué de très bon conseil , lieux à voir (ou pas ...Laurent comprendra..)), petits restaurants sympas, ballade à faire , baignade à la plage dans de petits endroits discrets pour éviter la foule, site à visiter etc ...., toujours au petit soins pour nous sans jamais s'imposer : oranges et prunes du jardins : un délice !!, appel du médecin quand on en a eu besoin ..... En résumé nous avons passé nos meilleures vacances, c'était magique , nous n'avons aucun point négatif. On était tellement bien en Corse que l'on a prolongé notre séjour de 3 heures .... l'avion a eu du retard !!! Encore merci pour tout Laurent, nous reviendrons à coup sûr, on garde l'adresse a bientôt Hervé, Murielle,Estelle et Chloé

Great week at Lauren's house

We had a wonderful (and far too short a time!) at Laurent's property. Laurent was a kind and considerate host (and we loved the oranges and grapefruit that he very generously gave us). The pool was wonderful - 12m x 6m and a wonderful view. We highly recommend staying there!

So sollte ein Urlaubsdomizil und ein Vermieter sein!

Im Rahmen des Buchungsprozesses war der Austausch mit Laurent Colo sehr problemlos. Er antwortete immer sehr zeitnah und war auch bei unseren Wünschen sehr flexibel. Die Übernahme und die Rückgabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert. Laurent Colo ist ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter. Er nahm sich Zeit für viele Tipps betreffend Korsika, mögliche Ausflüge, Restaurants, Stände und Wanderungen. Er war stets als Ansprechpartner erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass ihm die Zufriedenheit der Mieter am Herzen liegt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes bewohnten wir die kleinere Wohnung im Parterre mit nach Süden ausgerichteter Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, modern und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Deutsches Fernsehen konnte nicht empfangen werden, was aber über das Internet kompensiert werden konnte. Wir haben die naturnahe und daher sehr ruhige Lage der Wohnung genossen. Ein Highlight war die gepflegte Poolanlage. Den sauberen Pool, die guten Liegen und große Schirme haben wir sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Laurent Colo.

Heerlijk huis met dito zwembad

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in deze luxe vakantiewoning. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De keuken is zeer compleet, de regendouche lekker warm en in de tuin/het terras is het heerlijk vertoeven met in de verte uitzicht op zee. De bedbank kan worden uitgeklapt tot een ruim 2 persoonsbed, maar is eigenlijk alleen voor kleine kinderen geschikt vanwege het niet al te beste matras. In de slaapkamer is een groot 2 persoonsbed beschikbaar. De eigenaar Laurent heette ons hartelijk welkom en heeft ons uitgebreid geïnformeerd over alles wat er in de buurt te doen/zien is. Meraviglioso

Purtroppo abbiamo trascorso solo una settimana. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è veramente caruccio. La casa è situata nell'entroterra in posizione leggermente rialzata a soli 10 minuti dal mare. Immersa in un bel giardino in assoluta pace e tranquillità. L'appartamento è nuovo ed equipaggiato di ogni confort di ultima tecnologia. Il proprietario, Laurent, è stato molto gentile e cordiale, ci ha suggerito i posti da visitare (che ancora non conoscevamo) ed anche locali dove andare. E' sempre presente in loco per assicurarsi che tutto vada per il meglio. Ringraziamo per la settimana trascorsa, nella speranza di potervi tornare magari il prossimo anno.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Eine tolle Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in ruhiger Lage und mit spannenden Ausflugszielen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool ein Traum (trotz voller Belegung der Anlage hatten wir den Pool fast immer für uns allein). Der Vermieter ist sehr umsichtig und gibt sehr gute Tipps für ruhige Strände / Badestellen am Fluss / Stadtbesichtigungen / Restaurants. Wir sind den Empfehlungen gefolgt und wurden in keinem Fall enttäuscht. Die Internetverbindung lässt zu wünschen übrig - insgesamt aber kein Problem und trotzdem 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank Laurent Colo!

Il s'agit d'une belle propriété avec un beau jardin fleuri et une grande piscine agréable..

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Il donne de bons conseils sur des randonnées à faire dans la région et recommande de bons restaurants dans le coin. Il est très discret, mais toujours disponble et prêt à aider si nécessaire sans s'imposer. L'appartement est bien équipé et confortable avec une grande terrasse ombragée. On y a passé de très bonnes vacances et on y retournera. Merci Laurent!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Laurent ist ein sehr diskreter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der alles tut, damit sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Seine Tipps für die Umgebung und die Restaurants waren hervorragend. Zum Quartier: Gepflegtes Appartment, gut ausgestattet, toller Pool. Der 5.Stern fehlt, weil die Fernseher nur französische Sender empfingen und weil das WLAN sehr langsam ist. Durch die Lage ist man weit entfernt von touristischem Trubel. Wer das - wie wir - sucht ist hier richtig.

Sehr schöne Anlage und ein super netter Gastgeber

Wir hatten die untere Wohnung mit Schlafraum und Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad. WIr haben im Schlafzimmer übernachtet, die beiden Kinder auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. DasBett war super, die Schlafcouch für die Kinder ausreichend. Für Erwachsene aber eher nicht geeignet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war in diesem sehr heissen Sommer die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die stark genug ist auch das Schlafzimmer einigermaßen mit zu kühlen. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Blick von der Terrasse war klasse und das Schwimmbad war wirklich super. Dazu ist Laurent stets ansprechbar und immer bereit Hilfe und Tipps zu geben. Insgesamt war es daher ein sehr ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub. P.S. Das Einzige, was nicht ganz perfekt war, war die Internetanbindung - hier muss nachgebessert werden, ansonsten kann es mit internetversessenen Kindern durchaus auch mal etwas stressig werden ;-)

Merveilleux!

Unsere Ferienwohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und so komfortabel, dass wir uns auf Anhieb dort wohl gefühlt haben. Sehr gut hat uns auch der wunderschöne, auf einer Art Aussichtsplattform gelegene Pool gefallen. Das ganze Anwesen ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Der Vermieter, Laurent Colo, ist - obgleich diskret und unaufdringlich - von beeindruckender Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub bei ihm gebucht! Très bel appartement dans un petit hameau au calme. L'appartement est moderne, propre avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La piscine est à deux pas de l'appartement à partager avec 3 autres logements. Nous avons pu largement profité des baignades car la piscine est souvent inoccupée. La région possède de nombreux charmes, notamment côté montagne et est à distance raisonnable des villes de la côte Est (Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, Bastia...). Laurent, le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible et fournir des informations très utiles pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience Corse.

Très belle location !

Pour qui recherche le calme (pas de de bruit de voitures, avions etc.), une piscine de rêve (chauffée, très belle vue), un "appartement" tout confort (climatisation, très bien équipé, grande terrasse avec son coin de verdure), la mer à proximité (10-15 mn), le charme de la Corse authentique, cette location est pour vous. En plus, pour ne rien gâcher, un propriétaire aux petits soins, discrets et surtout hyper sympa. Nous recommandons absolument ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Si nous le pouvons, nous y retournerons.

Séjour mémorable en Corse orientale

Idéalement situé,a la campagne pres des services,l'appartement est moderne,propre et tres bien équipé.Rien ne manque. Nous avons bien profité de la magnifique piscine chauffée avec vue sur la mer.Passionnés de vélo,nous avons parcourus des petites routes sécuritaires pour atteindre des villages donnant des vues slendides sur la mer et la montagne. Par dessus tout,nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Laurent qui nous a bien conseillé sur les atouts de la région.Toujours présent pour répondre aux besoins,il reste discret.Un de nos top sur la liste. location de charme dans un endroit préservé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet endroit authentique de Corse, nous avons aimé le coté sauvage encore préservé de constructions. L appartement est fonctionnel , propre , décoré avec soin , la terrasse est grande avec un coin salon la vue y est magnifique. Laurent le propriétaire nous a bien renseigné sur les endroits a découvrir, les restaurants (très copieux) , il nous a donné des pamplemousses de son verger qui étaient très bons , il nous a accueilli comme des amis. La piscine est belle et bien exposé et l eau chauffé à 28° quel bonheur . Merci Laurent nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein Ort wo man sich zu Hause fühlen kann

Mitte in der Natur sind die Wohnungen wirklich sehr ruhig. Man bekommt kein Zivilisationslärm mit. Die ganze Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt. Laurent, der Besitzer, behebt jedes Problem sofort, sodass man sich nie ärgern muss. Von der Terrasse aus hat man ein traumhafter Blick bis zu Meer. Laurent ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter, höflicher und diskreter Gastgeber. Falls man es sich wünscht kann man aber wertvolle Tipps von Ihm bekommen. Ich habe mein nächsten Urlaub wieder dort gebucht :-)

Superbe Séjour
