La casa es amplia y unas vistas preciosas.Pero hemos encontrado varias pegas, al llegar telarañas y arañas en la entrada y alrededor de la casa, por la noche el segundo día vimos que habían muchos bichos en los ventanales, no sé si son cucas o hormigas enormes pero ni con las mosquiteras que tienen las puertas impedía que entraran, caían del techo de madera de la casa, ya que tiene techo de madera en habitaciones y cocinaEscribí a la dueña y al señor que nos recibió y dio la llave y no he recibído respuesta de ellos…El wifi no funciona.La casa está muy apartada de todoEso si, tranquilidad y vistas muy lindas

Wir hatten 2 erholsame, erlebnisreiche Wochen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und war auch für meinen Mann im Rollstuhl passend.Um das Haus herum gibt es immer einen Ort,wo man sich hinsetzen kann und mit einer fantastischen Aussicht belohnt wird.Wir hatte es nicht so warm,aber mit der Heizung in den Bädern und der Küche war es perfekt.Wir waren mit 2 Familien da und durch die Bauweise hatte jeder genug Privatsphäre.Ich kann das Haus empfehlen.

Wunderschön! Eine perfekte Unterkunft für uns als Familie

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, das geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet ist. Das großzügige Grundstück bietet tolle Ausblicke auf Berge und das Meer! Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Teile der Insel und auch zum Strand ist man (mit dem Auto) nicht lange unterwegs. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Frau Brehm!

Schönes, grosszügiges Ferienhaus in bester Lage.

Das Haus ist geräumig, auch für Rollator-Nutzer bestens zu nutzen, was für uns wichtig war. Es liegt nahe am „Zentrum“ von Las Manchas in Laufweite zum Platz La Glorietta und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Sonne kann man den ganzen Tag und aufrgund des Wintergartens auch bei kühleren Temperaturen von drinnen geniessen, sobald sie über den Bergrücken kommt. Wichtig war uns auch eine sehr gute vorhandene Internetverbindung. Die Hauseigentümerin war sehr bemüht und hat u.a. bei der Organisation eines Mietwagens unterstützt. Andere Stellen der Insel erreicht man relativ schnell. Also alles bestens und nur zu empfehlen !!

Agradable estancia

La casa es espaciosa y amplia. Está bien situada, en una zona tranquila, pero es necesario tener coche para cualquier desplazamiento (compras, núcleo urbano, playa, etc). Está razonablemente bien equipada aunque se echa de menos un microondas, un lavavajillas de tamaño normal (el que había es de tamaño mini, sirve como mucho para dos o tres personas). Los inodoros tienen un funcionamiento algo limitado porque la casa tiene pozo negro y carece de la canalización adecuada. La casa está pensada para huéspedes alemanes: no hay canales de TV españoles, casi todas las indicaciones están en alemán, etc. El jardín es muy bonito y grande, con barbacoa y zonas de relax, pero estaba algo descuidado (numerosas telarañas). Al llegar, se nos proporcionó el router wifi, pero se nos indicó que la capacidad estaba limitada a 5GB, lo cual no aparece en la web ni en la comunicación con la propietaria. La agencia local es eficaz (resolvieron algún problema con el agua caliente rápidamente) aunque la persona que nos enseñó la casa apenas hablaba español y nos facilitó demasiadas explicaciones.

Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs weite Meer

ein wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage, freier Blick aufs Meer und in den Sonnenuntergang, viel Raum, Ruhe, sehr ansprechend ausgestattet, Küche perfekt eingerichtet, aparte Bäder. Die verglaste Veranda bietet Schutz vor sonne und Wind und doch hat man den Eindruck, im Freien zu sein. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Baden, abends am Meer Fisch essen oder einfach auf der Terrasse die Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden bald wiederkommen und es wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Mein Zweites Zuhause!!!

Mittlerweile durfte ich das fünfte Mal meinen Urlaub im Hause Alegria verbringen. Um als Rollstuhlfahrer (Elektro-Rollstuhl) Erholung zu finden, sollte nicht nur die Unterkunft sondern auch das Umfeld – in diesem Fall die Insel - stimmen. Überall wurden wir mit einem Lächeln und mit einem freundlichen einladendem „Hola“ willkommen geheißen. Positiv auffallend war in den letzten Jahren das z. B.: viele Strände rollstuhlgerecht gemacht worden sind, inkl. der Möglichkeit in Porto Naos mit einem Schwimmrollstuhl an der Leine (unter Aufsicht) ins Wasser zu kommen. Das Haus und der Garten ist so gebaut, dass Menschen mit einem Handicap und ihre Begleiter gut zu recht kommen (große unterfahrbare Dusche – mit Klappsitz, unterfahrbare Küche usw.) Um das Haus bzw. durch den Garten führen gepflasterte Wege, die man mit dem Rollstuhl bequem erreichen kann (mehrere Sitzplätze, Grillplatz, Gartendusche usw.). Die große Terrasse lädt grade dazu ein, den Tag im Liegestuhl zu verbringen und den allabendlichen Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf den Atlantik zu genießen. Trotz der ruhigen Lage des Hauses, merkt man nicht das man mitten im Ort von "Las Manchas" ist. Ganz in der Nähe des "Plaza Glorieta" (etwa zweihundert Meter vom Haus entfernt) befindet sich ein kleiner gemütlicher Supermarkt in dem man alles zum Leben findet. Mir fälllt es immer schwer, das Haus am letzten Tag verlassen zu müssen. Zum Glück gibt es immer ein nächstes Mal und die Vorfreude darauf.

Wohlfühlurlaub auf La Palma

Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge vom Haus und der Terrasse war fantastisch. Mann muss sich nur einmal umdrehen um volles Bergpanorama zu haben im Casa Alegria. Das ganze Haus ist hell und geräumig mit seinen 2 großzügigen Bädern und dem Wintergarten. Wir haben den vielen Platz genossen, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Wir kommen sicher mit Freunden wieder. Nur 10 Minuten ist es bis ans Meer in Puerto Naos mit dem Auto und die urige Höhlenkneipe Secadero am Dorfanfang ist locker zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso der Laden zum Brötchen holen. Die Insel bietet auf kleinstem Raum so viel! Wandern, baden, relaxen und alles ohne Massentourismus. Preis und Leistung stimmt hier absolut.
