We offer two air-conditioned apartments for rent (one large studio and one one-bedroom apartment) in the beautiful Melody residence, with terraces overlooking the sea (discounted rates starting from the second week).
OUR 53 m² TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT is located on the 3rd floor. Featuring a large living room, a bedroom, a kitchen-dining terrace, and a bathroom, it offers excellent comfort for up to 4 people (2 couples or a family).
OUR 31 m² studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It features a living room with a double bed and a crib, a kitchen-dining terrace, and a bathroom, and comfortably accommodates a couple with a baby.
As you enjoy breakfast and meals on the terraces of these apartments, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the entire southern coast of Martinique, from Marin Bay to the Rocher du Diamant.
Each apartment has a private parking space located within the residence grounds, and you can enjoy the pool overlooking the sea.
Beautiful nearby beaches: From the residence, you can easily reach Martinique’s most beautiful beaches on foot or by car: Sainte-Anne, Les Salines, Anse Meunier, Anse Trabaud, Cap Chevalier, and more...
You can choose your beach based on your preferences: a beach with a very gentle slope, sheltered from the wind and waves (Sainte-Anne); a beach shaded by coconut palms (Les Salines); a wild, off-the-beaten-path beach (Anse Meunier); or a beach bathed by the trade winds on the Atlantic Ocean side (Anse Trabaud, Cap Chevalier).
Hiking in Martinique: Martinique has numerous hiking trails in the mountains or along the coast. Hiking guides and IGN maps are available in our apartments.
In particular, you can set out directly from our residence to follow the “Trace des Caps,” which runs along the entire coast of the Sainte-Anne peninsula, passing by the various beaches mentioned above. These hiking trails are perfect for a morning jog or for birdwatching at the salt pond lakes.
The village of Sainte-Anne is one of the most picturesque in Martinique. It features many small shops, a daily market, and a fish market where local fishermen sell their catch.
