Okay stay

The house has it's charm. But the service could have been better. Many things were broken, the cleaning could have been better (both indoors and the pool), there were no working fans (very hot on the top floor), it is mold in the gound floor (good to know for allergic people) and the laundry machine gave stains on clothes (old problem, could se on their fabrics). We will not return. The area is fantastic. Everything is close, the beaches, Port Grimaud, Grimaud, Gassin, St Tropez, Best regards

Familien Urlaub

Tolle Lage, toll renoviertes Haus. Für uns mit 2 jähriger Tochter war es perfekt, dass der Pool nicht im Garten integriert war. Die Größe des Hauses war auch ideal! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Polstermöbel im Wohnzimmer waren bereits sehr abgewohnt und sollten erneuert werden. Ebenso Geschirrspüler und Backofen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Caroline war sehr zuvorkommend!

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Logement fonctionnel (escalier en colimasson), bien situé puisque central par rapport à ce que nous souhaitions faire. Propre. Piscine agréable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation lorsqu'il fait vraiment très chaud. Bon accueil, et arrangeant par rapport à notre horaire d'arrivée.

Très bonnes vacances

Maison bien placée et très charmante. A 20 min en voiture de la plupart des plages. Très bien pour des vacances avec 2 familles avec des enfants en bas âge. La maison est jolie et agréable à vivre. La piscine est très bien. Pour que ce soit nickel il manque juste un peu plus d'entretien, certain éléments montrent des signes d'usure (poignée de porte qui ne fonctionne pas, lave-vaisselle bien abîmé, rideau cassé en haut). On y retournerait volontiers.

Wonderful property

We’ve just spent a week in this beautiful property. We were 2 families traveling together and the space was perfect for our needs. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the garden and using the communal pool. The owner and the lady who checked us in were extremely responsive and helpful and the location is fantastic for exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Four old guys

We are four guys in our late 60’s on holiday for a school reunion and found this place fitted all our needs. Large bedrooms good size living area and kitchen and well equipped. The outside space was also very good with a nice pool area. The negatives the spiral staircase may not suit if you are not too mobile. A little out of the way and difficult to get round the roundabout to be able to walk to shops or restaurants although no problem in the car, Overall very good accommodation.

Fantastic location and great gite

Just spent a relaxing week at this beautiful gite in Gassin.Very comfortable and clean with a lovely private garden and shared swimming pool.The location is just over an hour's drive from Nice and 10 minutes from StTropez, Port Grimoud and Gassin.

Schönes Haus und schöne Ferien

Das Objekt sieht von Aussen sehr schön aus und ist vom Platzangebot wirklich ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und macht auf den ersten Blick einen solid Eindruck. Jedoch sind im Laufe des Aufenthaltes immer mehr Mängel am Haus und dem Inventar aufgetreten. Jedoch alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Très joli. Bien placé

La maison est très jolie et se trouve à proximité de sainte maxime et saint Tropez, le top ! Seul bémol, la cuisine ouverte sur le salon est trop petite pour 10 personnes. Il y a une table de 4 et là possibilité de rentrer la table de jardin mais après c’est trop étroit pour circuler dans la cuisine ! En conclusion, je recommande mais plutôt pour des vacances en été où on vit plus à l’extérieur.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un Noël formidable en famille avec enfants et petits enfants. C'était tellement sympathique que nous avons prolongé d'un jour notre séjour .Pour la petite histoire en arrivant et en découvrant l'escalier en colimaçon, nous nous sommes posés quelques questions concernant la sécurité du petit dernier, 2 ans et demi à peine. En réalité, ce fut pour lui un terrain de jeux exceptionnel, et son savoir faire s'est développé en un rien de temps. Merci aussi à Camille pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.En conclusion, excellent séjour pour un famille désireuse de se retrouver dans un cadre de verdure et avec le soleil en prime.

location absolument charmante

l'accueil de Camille fut tout d'abord parfait, chaleureuse, souriante, disponible ! merci Camille ! notre location quant à elle était très belle, fonctionnelle, très jolie et très propre. La piscine parfaite.Le seul petit hic est le bruit de la circulation relativement proche qui est embêtant lorsqu'on dort la fenêtre ouverte.

Perfect

Just arrived home after a fabulous week at this property. We travelled as 2 families and we have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and clean with upto date Kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very central to many places we visited, such as, Frejus, Saint Maxime, Cannes, Port Grimaud and the furthest away (still doable) was Monaco. The house also has a lovely garden area with plenty of seating for the 9 of us and a lovely pool which we all enjoyed. We were met by a lovely lady called Camille, who showed us around and who was contactable for any questions which she was only too happy to help with. There is also a supermarket just 2 mins away and a port where we were able to take a boat over to St. Tropez. All in all we have had a fab holiday and would definitely return again. Thank you. A comfortable family stay in the beautiful riviera!

My family and I loved our stay in Le Figuier: it is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for a group of 7 seven adults and 2 toddlers aged one year old and two years old. The house itself is beautiful as well as the garden and the swimming pool area. Please note that Le Figuier is really an apartment and part of a larger complex that is the entire house containing several more apartments. You will therefore have neighbors with some of whom you share the swimming pool area. The little garden in front of the house is private. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge sofa on the terrace nice and cozy, and the rooms are bright and nice even though the bed we slept in were a little bit tired. Please note that the house is located in a place that is only accessible by car - it is not possible to walk anywhere which was a downside for a walk-loving-people as us, but it is very easy to access 3 different types of supermarkets, 2 different bakeries (loved Paul in Port Grimaud!), beaches (Pampelonne is amazing and the more natural Praya as well!) and beautiful old towns (recommend visiting old Gassin and Ramatuelle) by car. The communication with Caroline was very efficient and Camille who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I will dream about the beautiful riviera for a long time after this amazing holiday!

Toll! Gerne wieder, der Pool war aber etwas abseits, das war auf dem Bild nicht so ersichtlich

Besitzer - sehr zuvorkommend Weiße Couch uns Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind total schmutzig! Ansonsten top!

Awesome Vacation In Gassin

I can't say enough about this place. It is fantastic. We were there with two families with adult children. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property. It was clean and bedrooms were really nice. The bathrooms are beautiful and the kitchen was more than adequate. WiFi worked very well and the pool was nice and refreshing. Gerald was wonderful and always available when we had any questions. The only thing that came a bit as a surprise was the tight spiral staircases that provide access to the first and second floors. Luckily we did not have very young children or any of our grandparents with us, so we could navigate the stairs ok - even with suitcases. Loved this area of Southern France very much and we will be back.

Agreable maison, situation géographique idéale

Jolie maison rénovée à proximité de Port Grimaud, Saint Tropez, Gassin, Ramatuelle.. Excellent point de départ vers les villages de golf de Saint Tropez et à proximité de tout (supermarché, boulangerie, etc). La maison est agréable à vivre avec un espace extérieur magnifique: vue sur les palmiers et la piscine ! Nous avons voyagé avec des enfants en bas âge : 3 ans, 5 ans et 4 mois et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil est irreproachable.
