Newly renovated floors, ceilings, bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with every appliance and cookware you desire ( both Keurig and Krups coffee pot ). New dishwasher. A bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms. Great water pressure. Deluxe mattresses. Blackout curtains, tv in every room. Large closets. Newly installed HVAC in-line air scrubber system which sanitizes the air and reduces airborne and surface contaminants and pathogens. Large cozy covered porch with teak tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Walk right down to the beach from you porch. 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella set up for you each day March 15 - October 15. Extra beach chairs and umbrellas may be rented from the beach vendor. After 5 pm, you are permitted to use our own chairs on the beach. ( Many beach toys and inflatables in garage for your use. Large, covered garage with extra fridge and 2 beach wagons. Room for your car and rental bikes. One additional parking space in front of garage. Walk to Eastern Lake Park to fish, picnic, paddle board or kayak. Quiet, residential streets for kids to bike safely without having to navigate the traffic of 30A. Centrally located for local restaurants, shopping, golf courses. Bike rental just a short walk down the road. Right across 30a are shops offering a selection of coffee, beer, wines, fruits, veggies and condiments, if you need something in a pinch and want to avoid a trip to the grocery. Located between 2 coastal dune lakes which provide shallow tide pools that toddlers adore.

We love Sugar Dunes

This is our second visit to Sugar Dunes but our first stay at this unit. We liked this unit better. This condo is beautifully decrated and has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, the grandkids really like the bunk room but our favorite spot is the big porch. We spend almost all of our waking moments on porch or the beach. To us the private beach is worth every dime we spend on this rental. We will be returning next summer to relax and make lots of memories that last a lifetime. Betsy is excellent host and pleasant to work with.

Perfect beach. Rude HOA enforcement

Everything about the condo was wonderful. The outstanding issue was a poorly dressed man who harassed guests in the parking lot for ambiguous parking rules. We had a friend come over to visit us and this man reported us to the owner. He confronted us in the parking lot and was extremely disrespectful and accused us of trespassing. The days after this event, the same man stalked us anytime we left the room. We did not feel safe or welcomed. We talked to the owners who were very apologetic, but frankly did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. I believe if we were not a mixed family our experience would have been different. I will never stay at this location again.

Great condo for our group of 7!

The condo was clean and comfy! It felt like horn away from home! The furniture was comfy and we really enjoyed the patio sofa. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the views and listening to the waves crash. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was stocked with everything e needed to prepare any meals. The garage and extra fridge was an excellent added bonus! The beach was private so it wasn’t necessarily crowded right in front of the condo even though the units are next to a public beach access area. The beds were comfy and everything worked as it should. There were a few flaws that needed attention (paint and general upkeep items) but nothing major or anything to make a call over. Betsy was wonderful and responded quickly with answers to any questions we had. We will be back!!

Great Vacation....

Loved everything about Sugar Dunes #11! We needed nothing, it was comfortable and well stocked. We had 8 people and the accommodations were perfect. The outside furniture was so comfortable to sit on while drinking our morning coffee. Betsy was the best at answering questions and communicating with. My ONLY complaint was with Sugar Dunes HOA. They have the strictest rules and are watching your every move. We had 3 friends come to see us at the beach and we were called out for that. You cannot have more people on the beach than staying at your condo. While I understand you wouldn't want a lot of extra people we were only sitting on the beach not doing anything loud or obnoxious. Read other reviews about the HOA in people's business and now understand. Betsy and her condo are the best just watch out for HOA.

Great beach condo!

Perfect location for easy access to private beach. Property was clean and updated. Owner was great…had a small issue with a tv remote and she had a new one delivered the next day! Hope to come back and stay again!

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time on our family beach vacation! The condo was very clean, renovated and steps from the beach! The location cannot be beat. The condo looks identical to the photos and the host was extremely organized and prepared for our stay. Highly recommend!

Sugar Dunes 11 is perfection!

We absolutely loved our week at Sugar Dunes! It was everything we were expecting and more. The condo was super clean and the view was amazing! Having chairs set up for us each morning was so nice. Betsy was a great host and very helpful. We can not wait to go back and make memories as a family!

Exactly as advertised!

This is how a VRBO should be done! A perfect experience with no surprises or disappointments. Betsy was easy to work with as were the local property managers. What a joy to walk up a flight of stairs from the beach and be in the condo. Had a great stay and highly recommend 11 Sugar Dunes.

Cute condo in great location

This is our third time to stay at Sugar Dunes and our first time to stay in this unit. We truly enjoyed it! It is as pictured. Hard to beat the location. Right on the beach with access from the balcony. 2 chairs + umbrella included was very nice. Beach is private and uncrowded. Property manager and rental company were both easy to communicate with. I would just note here that there are no beach towels, so you will need to bring your own. We will be back again!

AMAZING RENTAL!!

Where do I begin? I searched for the longest time to find the perfect rental for our family. We hit the jackpot renting Sugar Dunes 11. The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable, and everything we hoped for. The view was absolutely amazing and the walk to the beach couldn’t have been more convenient. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. The owner, Betsy, was a pleasure to work with and addressed all questions quickly. We will DEFINITELY be visiting this unit again in the future!

My husband Dan and I live in Nashville, TN. We have 3 grown children, several siblings, and both of our mothers living close by. We love to spend time together golfing, biking, playing games and puzzles, and cooking.

Why they chose this property

My in-laws bought a condo in Perdido, Florida just as my husband and I were finishing college . Our kids spent every spring break and summer at the beach. It made for the most wonderful family vacations and fondest memories with our dearest friends, as we raised our children together. We have just become grandparents for the first time, and want to provide a treasured vacation home for our growing family. We are happy to share it with you!
