Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Emplacement très proche de la mer comme précisé sur l'annonce. Petit bémol, le bruit la nuit en raison des bars à proximité. Et une chambre est palière, ce qui pourrait être précisé dans l'annonce.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. Nous sommes une famille avec 1 enfant et 2 adolescents. Les 49m2 étaient suffisants. La plage de sable fin aux pieds de l'appartement, les alentours à visiter (Matignon, StMalo, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard...) ont rendu notre sejour inoubliable ! Les échanges avec l'agent immobilier sur place ont été parfaits. Nous recommandons !
