At the heart of the 'Pierres Dorées' area in the Beaujolais, 1,5 km from the lovely village of Charnay, single storey furnished studio in traditional house built of local golden stone, also including 2nd gite. On same property as owner's house. Easily accessed from Lyon & Villefranche. Large open plan living room/ kitchen/ lounge (telephone point), sleeping area (double bed), shower room/ wc. Heating: electric & wood. Outdoors: terrace, garden & boules set shared with 2nd gîte, parking, barbecue, sunbeds. Tasting of the Beaujolais wines and sale on-site. Charge for pet: 7€/day.
