The Cactus Camper is a fun, exciting way to enjoy the lake life your way.
When you stay at the Cactus Camper you can enjoy the outdoors, the lake views, and the breezes under the completely covered lot with a picnic table and more. Bring your family or friends and fire up the grill and firepit, while playing cornhole and making s'mores. You can party all night long or just relax. The camper is also 5 minutes away from the famous Willie Nelson Luck Ranch... check their website for upcoming concerts!

This camper is located close to the water and 2 cabins away from the main house on the property. The R&R River house (main house), Cowboy Cabin, Jolene's Airstream and Birdhouse Cottage are four other VRBO rentals available on the property, which is perfect if you have a large family or large group. You can rent all five cabins and enjoy the whole property to yourselves.

The Cactus Camper is equipped with a smart TV with all major streaming services available for you to log in to, YouTubeTV is included! There is plenty of light from its expansive windows, a private master suite with a queen bed and two convertible tables with full beds. In the back of the camper is a table that converts to a full bed, two twin bunks and a cozy lounger under the back window. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, oven, 3 gas burners, oven and plenty of storage. We've included all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you will ever need to cook vacation gourmet meals. There is also a dual coffee brewer with k-cup and up to 12 cup coffee pot ready for your enjoyment. The private bath has a shower and tub and the entire camper is fully air-conditioned and heated.

Things to do close by:
Pace Bend Park and El Gaucho Winery are less than 10 minutes away and the Hill Country Galleria is 15 minutes away filled with shopping and restaurants. You can also enjoy lakeside dining at Lighthouse Restaurant right on the water about 5 minutes from the property.

We were disappointed in how low the water was but we found plenty of other things to do! The host was amazing. Would love to come back and stay when the water rises again!

Great family trailer with lots of room!

My sister and her family stayed in this bigger trailer next to our airstream rental. Great for families wanting to be nextdoor to each other with a camping vibe. My sister said this was the cleanest camper she’s ever rented! So much space! Some suggestions would be to add a serving bowl or two, also to have a smaller trash can under the sink. Thanks for making our family trip special!

Spicewood!

The RV was great to stay in, but what ticked me off was that I paid a well good amount of money to stay 2 nights and Sunday leave @11am as checkout agreement. Sunday morning our water was turned off @8:40am when we had just woken up to start our breakfast and get ready!! I called the owner and they never answered and I send a message and wasn’t responded to until after 11am. It was a disappointment, I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Bustamante gang

My favorite trip!

This place was so cool! Everything we needed was provided. Short walk to the dock with Lily pads to play on. We spent all day by the water and took the kids on kayaks. Bbq’d and made s’mores in the fire pit at night. We plan on going back every year.

Overall we had a good time. We loved the RV and we loved the quality and relax time with the family. The kids loved the fire pit and the cute bunk beds. The space is comfotable for our family of 6. Thanks for keeping everything clean and we had everything we need.

So Happy I Found this Place!

This place was perfect! First timer in an RV and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. The kids beds were slightly hard so maybe a bit more cushion but overall just right. This was for my daughter's 11th birthday and this is exactly the place and location I was looking for. The hosts even wrote on the inside refrigerator chalkboard Happy Birthday! So sweet of them. Spicewood TX is also just beautiful! You wouldn't believe it was in TX. The stay itself was just peaceful and so close to Lake Travis. We did it all! Kayaking, smores, BBQ, played games ( which they had quite a few to choose from ) and the owners were so nice with all of the questions I had. Sorry about that. 😊 Again thank you so much for sharing your VRBO!

We love the cactus camper!!

Very spacious and clean! The location is perfect to the lake and to the blissful hill venue. I highly recommend renting this camper and I hope to rent it again in the future!

Access to the lake was great! Cactus camper was very accommodating and clean. Strongly recommend replacement of the mattress in the bedroom. Will plan on staying here again.

Fantastic camper at a great location

What a find? We as family of 4(including a teen and pre-teen) had a fantastic time at this location when we stayed about 3 to 4 weeks back. Great camper with all facilities including variety of board games. We played almost all the games. We cooked, watched TV, made s’mores by the fire pit, swam in the lake nearby, kayaking and used the lily pads. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils. The only thing I’d recommend is get your own drinking water as the water was a bit salty in the faucet? There is a small grocery store about 2-3 miles from this location. Overall we had a great experience. Great hosts with clear communication and also accommodated our request to checkout an hour later. Would go there again!!

Perfect spot for a getaway!

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at this camper. The location is just far enough away from the city to allow you to disconnect from the busyness. The short walk to the lake was so convenient. The camper itself was enough for our group of 6. We enjoyed every moment!

This truly is a gem!!! The pictures of this cute, little, peaceful location does not even begin to give this place any justice. We came from Houston, TX and have stayed at various locations around this area, but this place is on the top of our list. Everything is provided, and it is sooooo close to the water. My boys had such an amazing time, and its not congested with so many people. Kristy and Rick are so accommodating, and truly provide everything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone. Away from all the noise, but still not too far to have to go get groceries if needed. My family and I will be returning more often!!!! We can not wait to check out the other listings that they have.

Family weekend getaway

My family of 5 stayed here two nights. The cactus camper was great and had enough sleeping room for us all. We enjoyed using the kayaks and Lily pads provided by the owners. Will definitely be back!!
