The absolute highlight is the large, sheltered balcony deck beneath the striking monopitch roof—your private box seat with an unobstructed view of the Ortler mountain range and the vast valley. Inside, the timeless warmth of larch wood furniture meets serene contrasts that reflect the clarity of the mountain world. With a separate lounge room serving as a retreat—which can also be used as a second bedroom—VISTA offers you maximum flexibility and uncomplicated comfort:
- Living/dining room with a modern kitchenette, dining area for four people, and a cozy TV corner
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Lounge room with a cozy, comfortable sofa that can be converted into a full-size double bed in a single motion if needed
- Private, covered balcony deck spanning the entire width of the apartment, accessible from both the living room and bedroom
- Private parking space directly in front of the house

Controlled ventilation and underfloor heating in all rooms ensure a comfortable living environment, with energy generated from wood and solar power. Pure Matscher mountain spring water flows from the tap.
Our secluded farm is located at the end of the paved road, just a few steps from the Vinschgau High Trail—the ideal starting point for exploring nature right from our front door. Hiking, mountain biking, walking along irrigation channels, mountain tours, or archery. In winter, snowshoeing, ski touring, or tobogganing, as well as several ski resorts in the area.
