Immerse yourself in history. This modern carriage house is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Pensacola. Situated in a quite neighborhood, the carriage house has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room and a full size kitchen w/washer and dryer. Blinds on all the windows, with black-out drapes in both bedrooms. Nectar mattress on both beds. All linens (mattress pad, sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, and comforter) are cleaned after each guest. The perfect location if you are here for a wedding, work or vacation. Easy walking to The Barkley House, Bay Center, restaurants, breweries, pubs, galleries & shopping. Beaches & Pensacola Airport are just minutes away by car. The carriage house is at the end of the driveway, over the garage.

Excellent!

Excellent quiet location in the downtown area. The unit was equipped with everything you could hope for…..and even some extras that were not expected. Thank you very much Debbie! Very clean and spacious. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing downtown Pensacola rental

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and nightlife. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property !

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed at ! Fully stocked, great amenities, and excellent communication during the stay with the owner. Neighborhood is super safe and quiet, walking distance to everything, and very private feeling.

Navy retirement

Very modern, attention to detail with snacks, water. Everything we needed in kitchen was there. Location great, short two block walk to YMCA, that accepts Y membership from other Y's. Two blocks to many restaurants, shops. Just a very comfortable stay, would stay again in a heart beat!

Very Nice Seville Neighborhood Stay in Pensacola

From the excellent instructions on where to park and how to reach the unit to the extra touches within the unit, having Debbie as our host made our first stay in Pensacola very comfortable and enjoyable. Debbie was fantastic with communicating with us whether we had a question or if she needed to give us information. The snacks, water, and wine left for us were a nice touch. The location of the home was convenient. We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect vacation rental

Deborah’s property is perfect! Great location to walk to Pensacola’s charming downtown restaurants, bars and shops! Very close to the bridge heading to the beautiful beaches. The rental is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of three and small dog. Deborah is also a wonderful host!

Cottage Love

This Modern, Clean & Beautiful cottage house was ideally located to the Pensacola Bay Center where our daughter had dance nationals. We enjoyed walking to stores, restaurants and Bay Center. So convenient! Such a great surprise that the hosts left us a nice welcome basket of goodies. All around great visit. This will be the place we stay when we visit Pensacola. Thank you!

The Perfect Stay

This was by far the best home rental I could have imagined. It looks like a high end hotel while absolutely feeling like home. The pictures and descriptions don't even do it justice! It is beautiful, comfortable, and was the gift that just kept on giving. The amenities were as described and there were lots of little sweet treats. The parking space is a bonus to not have to deal with street parking. I would stay here over and over!

Great location!

I’ve been to Pensacola many times and this location is great for walking everywhere in the historic downtown area. All the amenities we needed we available to us, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely book here again!

Great trip!

Such a great place to stay. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.. Clean, cozy, kitchen fully stocked with all the necessities, and the snacks and wine were a nice surprise when we arrived! The Carriage House was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend! Relaxing Oasis Near Everything

We reserved this wonderful location while in town for the yearly Pensacola Seafood Festival. The location and proximity to the festival was phenomenal. Being within walking distance to the festival and restaurants was priceless. The accommodations are stellar. The amenities far exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the ample amount of extra towels and blankets. The washer and dryer were awesome after returning from the beach. Both bathrooms have enormous, relaxing soaking tubs. The neighborhood is very safe, and is in a historical district. The decor is right out of a designers magazine. We have no complaints. Thank you for an awesome stay.
