Great place, just.....

As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.

Marcia, thanks for taking the time to leave your comments. Let me explain that ID and selfie are required to be uploaded to the pre check in form as well due to security reasons. We request this information to remain compliant with our city's STR occupant ID verification ordinance. Our system is very secure and your information will not be used for anything else other than respecting the city's request. Regarding the security deposit is a hold, not a charge, and it is released 5 working days after your check out, therefore if no damages are documented in the unit upon your check out. Great location

We had to move out of our house for a few days due to having floors refinished, this was a perfect location to be close to work and some great restaurants. Fun to spend some time in downtown. Check in and parking were easy.

Downtown Redmond Gem

We enjoyed this property very much and were here for 2+ weeks during our remodel. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, local restaurants, shopping and multiple walking trails. While it has the city vibe, it is quiet at night! The property is in excellent condition, well stocked and the owners are a very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Redmond loft

Loft was as advertised the check-in though once info was received was seamless wasn't received till an hour prior to check in which has not been my experience as the norm anywhere. Also I requested the info multiple times and got no answer until asking if it was a scam. As well they advertise that a late check out is available as 10 is oddly early most are 11 or 12 but when requested 3days prior did not respond till the day of check out and therefore it was not available. I these property managers have something to learn still about working in the service industry. Nice rental but not worth the headache, find one that values your business.

Thanks for your review Shannon. As we communicated with you on the day of check in, we were finalizing our check in info as you were our first guest and didn't want to send out incorrect information. Rest assured all is put into place. Also, as we stated we could not accommodate a late check out as we had someone checking in the day you checked out and the cleaners need thorough amount of time to perform their clean and disinfecting process. Late checkout times are available when we can accommodate them. Sorry, you feel that the experience was a "headache." All the luck in your future travels.
