Style and comfort await you here at Pineview Retreat, so bring the whole family along and make the best memories today! Sitting in the heart of Sun River, you will have easy access to resort amenities such as a shared pool, lazy river, game room, and excellent walking/biking paths that can fill days with outdoor fun. There is also a local market and restaurants nearby if you want to stock up on necessities or grab a bite to eat. Come winter, there are plenty of opportunities for tubing and cross-country skiing. When you want to venture out a bit, make your way less than 18 miles north to Bend and spend the day exploring the charming streets of downtown!

There will be no delay in feeling right at home in no time with modern decor throughout, an open layout perfect for entertaining the whole gang, tall vaulted ceilings, hot tub, and a stone fireplace to cozy up beside on chilly winter nights. Come summer, step out to the spacious deck with a glass of wine. Don't worry about the kiddos being bored on vacation either, as the free WiFi and TVs with Netflix, ESPN, and Disney+ will provide more than enough entertainment during downtime spent indoors. Not to mention, hiking clothes and swimsuits can easily be kept clean with a private washer/dryer in the home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Dishwasher not working, cleanliness of the house not great, not enough garbage bags, not enough dish towels since we had to wash more dishes by hand, dish sponge and brush were old and grungy, kitchen sink rusty, dining table sticky. Great location, good size and layout for our group.

Perfect for a large group

We loved our stay here. We had three families with 6 adults and 6 kids, and there was so much space to spread out. The kids loved having their own living space down stairs with the bunk room. There is also a queen bedroom and king en-suite downstairs, along with an additional bathroom. Upstairs there is another king en-suite, as well as a queen bedroom with a bathroom right next door. This gave the three couples plenty of privacy. The central location is absolutely perfect. It’s a very short walk to SHARC, which made it easy to go swim, come home for lunch, and head back there again. We spent a lot of time at SHARC so we loved that the house came with passes. It’s also very close walking distance to the village. The WiFi wasn’t great, but that’s pretty normal for the area. We also wished the dishwasher had a shorter cycle - the quickest one was still almost 3 hours. We ended up picking up paper plates for the last day, because it was hard to keep up with dishes. The kitchen was very well stocked, which we appreciated as we cooked most of our meals at home. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Sunriver. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place for a large group, very close to the village

We had a great stay at this very roomy house. Having bikes for everyone was a major plus! The proximity to the village made it easy for us to walk everywhere and never move the cars.

Loved this home!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Very cool and stylish home. The Alexa music devices were a nice amenity. The mattress in the downstairs purple room needs to be replaced, but overall the home is great! Hopefully they will repair the hot tub soon.

Wonderful family retreat

We had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving. The house is spacious and has great views through all the large windows. We especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen. It had everything we needed including a roasting pan, crockpot, air fryer, casserole dishes, etc. The record player was a fun surprise and treat to use. We will definitely book again.

1. Hot tub wasn’t working 2. Broken couches 3. Noisy smoke alarms that wouldn’t let us sleep through the night 4. Dust everywhere ( we don’t have pictures for this one, but you can go and check it out yourself). 4. Extremely dirty grill that we cleaned to be able to grill the food. We had to fill up hot tub and figure out how to turn it on and it took the whole day and night to heat up( which we shouldn’t have to do as it was supposed to be ready before we come).

Great time in Sunriver

Had a great vacation at this property. It was spacious, comfortable, and terrific location very close to SHARC and Sunriver Village. Upstairs was very clean and cozy. Basement was not quite as nice. It was clean, but quite dated. Patio and garage were rather cluttered but okay. Only significant drawback were the spiders and millipedes in basement: we killed three large spiders, six millipedes, and found several more dead. That made those staying in basement uncomfortable, but I'm confident owner will take care of that concern for future guests, in which case we would definitely look to book this property again.

Mother’s Day Weekend

We had a wonderful reunion weekend. The house had plenty of room and bathrooms for our family group of 5 adults and 3 children. Loved the kitchen and open concept living area. The downstairs rooms and TV were a bonus so everyone could have space to play games, etc. We loved the proximity to the SHARC center and the marketplace. All within walking distance. Overall a fantastic weekend!

Great location. Only suggestion for future guests would be more laundry baskets for the size of house. Felt like we had a lot of overflow after stripping beds, etc.

Great for two families!

Close location to Village and SHARC, walk or bike. House was very functional and well set up and stocked for our two families. Great layout and plenty of space. Not the most remote location though, so road noise was noticeable. Overall we loved it and hope to come back again!

Great location and home.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

This was a wonderful home that we rented for two families of 4 with young kids as well as our parents. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The location is amazing with a short walk to the village. It comfortably slept everyone in our party with extra bunk beds to spare. The hot tub was clean and the kids loved it. If and when we come back to Sunriver I'm sure we will be looking to book with Pineview Retreat again. They also accommodated us adding our dog last minute when our sitter fell through which was a huge deal for us as it would have been a scramble to find an alternative solution.

Nice home but don’t leave anything behibd

This is a beautiful home but 3 expensive items were mistakenly left behind. 2 were “not found” even though they were next to the one item that was returned. The item returned to us required a passcode, so it would be of no use to someone who took it. As someone who also has a rental property, we ensure that items left behind are returned to our guests. These things happen. This was very disappointing. We called as soon as we realized the items were left but the cleaning crew had already been there, claiming only one of the items were found. Do. not recommend this management company or their cleaning crew.

Wonderful vacation retreat!

We stayed at Pineview Retreat with our adult children, a 6month old and small dog - 9 people total. We loved the 4 separate sleeping areas (2 master type) and every couple ended up with their own bathroom to use(4 total) with plenty of hot water and space. The kitchen was large and well appointed, with plenty of space for lots of cooks to share in the action! We enjoyed the eating table, which had plenty of room for all 8 adults, and then some. The most striking feature was the living room - floor to ceiling windows letting in volumes of light and plenty of comfortable seating. There was an ample supply of bikes and the home was within easy walking distance of the SHARC center and the Village with the general store and other amentities. The bike path was immediately accessible for rides to the marina, airport, Great Hall and so forth. One thing of note to families with babies - at this time the home was not equipped with baby equipment, so plan to bring your own (which we did). This home exceeded our expectations and we would rent this home again!
