Incredible sunset views right from the house, but an easy 100-meter walk made it even better. The house was clean and had all modern amenities, including a washer and a place to hang clothes to dry. Though my French is quite basic, we found ways to communicate effectively. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Santa. Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet-es fehlt an nichts! Der Spar ist in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bäcker bloß 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben praktisch nur auf der Terrasse gelebt, mit großem Tisch und schattenspendender Markise.Es gibt sogar eine Gartendusche- wenn man vom Schwimmen kommt. Man muss nur durch den Garten durch den kleinen Durchgang huschen- über die kleine Straße und schon ist man am kleinen Traumstrand. Den sieht man auch von der Terrasse aus. Wir waren zu viert und total happy da. Noch ein Tipp: Unbedingt einen Ausflug nach Bonifatio- das lohnt sich!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Schöne Unterkunft, modern und sauber, sehr gute & vollständige Ausstattung. Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse. Zwischen dem Grundstück und dem Meer liegt die Küstenstraße, die uns aber nicht gestört hat (Anfang Oktober, recht wenig Verkehr).

Schönes Haus nahe am Strand

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr nahe am Strand. Man muss nur durch den Garten laufen, die Strasse überqueren (wäre natürlich idealer ohne Strasse, aber wir fanden, dass sie weniger gestört hat als gedacht) und in eine kleine Bucht klettern. Wenn es dort zu voll ist, kann man einfach nach links ausweichen, da befindet sich ein relativ grosser Strand. Die Stelle eignet sich sehr gut zum Schnorcheln und es war auch gar nicht so voll trotz Hauptsaison (was natürlich auch der Corona-Pandemie geschuldet sein kann). Die Lage ist auch ansonsten sehr praktisch, da man das Auto stehen lassen kann: Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere Rastaurants sind in Laufnähe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt insgesamt drei Klimageräte, die sehr leise sind und eine grosse Markise auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful property

Our trip to Corsica was made even more enjoyable by our stay at Villa Santa. It was very well appointed and included a fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the porch which gave a wonderful glimpse of the sea. Denis was a very helpful host and gave excellent restaurant suggestions. We highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit this area.

Outstanding!

Habitations are very high quality and very, very practical for vacations. All equipment and services were perfect. Having the see side in front of our terrasse was outstanding, we can almost jump into the sea whenever you want from the house (less than 100 meters away). What an experience, to swim into such unbelievable clear and so refreshing sea water, it remembered us Seychelles or Mauritius Islands. In May during the night we did not have to use the air conditioning systems installed, temperature dropped down enough during the night, from the 32°c in the afternoon. Restaurants and grocery store are in walking distance :) Clearly a place where we will come back!

Plus que parfait

Nous avons loué 2 ans de suite (2015 et 2016) les 2 maisons pour notre grande famille. Idéalement placées tout près de la plage afin de satisfaire les horaires et contraintes estivales de chacun. Intérieur de qualité d'une propreté exceptionnelle, intelligemment organisé facilitant l'indépendance et le confort des occupants et vraiment facile à entretenir. Les photos sont parfaitement fidèles. Avec des commerces de proximité, proche également de Propriano, c'est un très bel endroit pour se reposer, et profiter d'une des plus belles côtes et région de Corse. Tout est simple évident, sans tracas, grâce notamment à l'accueil des propriétaires en gentillesse et disponibilité. Que de demander de plus sauf d'y revenir !

N'hésitez plus et réservez vite…….

Exceptionnel superbe, la maison est idéalement placée à 2 pas à peine d'un superbe plage de sable(juste une petite route à traverser). A 100 mètre a peine d'une supérette avec pain frais et viennoiseries le matin. Tout est parfait, la maison conforme a l'annonce avec tous le confort, propre et agréable.les extérieurs idem agréable, et avec le confort. Propriétaires charmant et à l'écoute. Bref que du bonheur PARFAIT Florence et Michael LAMOUR

Une très belle location

Une très belle location toute neuve, à deux pas de la mer, et vraiment toute équipée (Nespresso, Grand Salon, TV, Internet rapide, 3 clim...). C'est très silencieux, et la terrasse totalement couverte par un store télécommandé est vraiment agréable pour se reposer. Je conseille vivement. Fabien F.

Top Urlaubsadresse

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf einem großen, tollen Grundstück. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, bei Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, alles Top. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Man hat ab dem ersten Tag Urlaub. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Eine echte Empfehlung.
