🐾PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.
🐶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
💲PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 + tax per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. If you plan to bring pets, please let us know at the time of booking.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.
👥EXTRA GUEST POLICY: Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We can host up to 6 total:

🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph and we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
