Welcome to historic Savannah! Our updated and newly renovated home is in prime downtown location and just two blocks from Forsyth Park. Our home has an open concept floor plan, with plenty of room for dining, cooking, entertaining or just relaxing. The spacious open floor plan allows for an abundance of natural light and plenty of built in storage. We throughly enjoyed our stay in a cute historic area Savannah apartment. Loved the area and the convenient walk to beautiful Forsythe park. The host was great and responded in good time as to any inquiries. Loved all the sunshine coming in thru the East and West Windows and being able to see the beautiul sunsets. All in all a great stay!

Great place to stay. Only draw backs are it is on the 3rd floor (which we knew but was tough after a long day of walking). It is an older building & everytime the porch door was opened it created a vacuum & our rental door rattled. Spooked us a little but its a great place to stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is horrible ! Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was a leak in the home that caused about an inch of water in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen area. We immediately contacted the host, Jake, as well as Vrbo, but nothing was properly resolved.We spent nearly four hours on the phone trying to get help. The only response we received from the host was asking us to empty the air conditioner pan ourselves and saying he would try to get someone there as soon as possible. After that, communication stopped and no one came to fix the issue. He claimed after we left someone came to fix the issue . He. Lames the issue on us saying the air conditioning was set too low. Mind you the leak was there before we arrived . Because the home was not livable with standing water inside, we chose to leave the property early. Despite this, we were still charged for the nights we stayed. Very frustrating experience overall and extremely poor customer service from both the host and Vrbo.

Quick stay

Good location not far from Forsyth park and Chatham Square. Plenty of parking yet short walk to popular places. Stayed with my college freshman daughter and would stay here again.

Lovely family getaway

Although we only spent one night, it was so good for the soul. The kiddos loved their nook with the twin beds and we enjoyed having a cocktail on the balcony in the gorgeous Savannah evening. We can’t wait to return!

Open and spacious

Great location, beautiful, light streamed unit. Spaces for privacy, decorated tastefully with open floor plan. Large bathroom with lots of cubbies to store toiletries. Host was responsive.

The Best & Cutest

Had a quick vacation with some girls from work. The condo was beautiful and clean. The host was responsive and wonderful. We loved every minute of our trip and will definitely be back again! Had no issues whatsoever. Above and beyond 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Last minute getaway!

The owner described the property perfectly! It was just my husband & myself but we like to spread out! The owner Jake kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Was a short walk to Forsyth Park & we made full of the free DOT buses that run around Savannah were easily accesssible around the Park. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental! Thanks Jake

Cute space inside. Outside neighborhood was not the best. So instead of walking we would Uber to get closer to downtown. Also had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs because this is on the 3rd floor. Property manager though was very responsive and great to work with.

Great place!

We went for a quick 3 day trip. The place was clean, quiet and close to everything. The unit we stayed in was unit C, top floor. If you are thinking of staying there make sure you know what unit you will be in because there is no elevator. It wasn’t that big a deal for us but it could be for someone else. Street parking was always available and there is one private spot on the back of the house which we did have to use one night as the city sweeps different sides of the streets on different nights between 3am and 6am. The host Jake, communicated everything we needed to know and responded fairly quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay there again!

My group was in town for a Savannah Bananas game. The apartment has three bedrooms and a generous common space. There is a nice-sized kitchen, a dining table that is fun for playing games, and a tv area we used to watch the NBA finals. There's a small balcony as well. The apartment was clean and Jake had paper towels delivered before we even realized we were out. We would gladly rent this apartment again.

We enjoyed this stay for our girls trip weekend. Highlights include great value, great walkable location and the host was very communicative. The place also felt a little “instagram vs reality” with a lower quality than perceived from photos (mattress and furniture).

Wonderful place!

Our 18m old twins loved all the space to run around. We walked to the park and walked to river street. It was 1.2 miles but we were there in less than 20 min. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator but that did not bother us. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did not find parking a problem at all. Just read the signs of where to park! Outdoor balcony was nice to, great place to sit out and enjoy a cocktail.

Forsyth Park is the largest park in Savannah's historic district. The charm and elegance of the park is appreciated by all who visit. The Forsyth fountain is one of Savannah's most well known symbols. In addition to Forsyth Park, you are just a short walk to the Landmark District. With its grand historic homes, and sprawling oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Continue on over to Broughton Street, where the serious shopper will find small thrift shops nestled amongst brand name retailers. Whether its clothing, home furnishings or jewelry, you'll be sure to find it on Broughton Street. Don't forget to check out River Street as well. Here you'll discover some of Savannah's most charming shops and restaurants along the cobblestone streets overlooking the Savannah River. Craving some beach time? Just 15 miles east of the historic district sits Tybee Island, a relaxing island with 5 miles of stretching public beach perfect for sunbathing, jogging, biking or sailing. Wile on Tybee, don't forget to take a few surf lessons and then wind down at night with a sunset tour dolphin adventure. Savannah has so much to offer and our home is the perfect location to do it all!
