Welcome to Marlène and Math’s place.

Ideally located at the entrance to the Bauges Mountains, 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget, and at the foot of Mont Semnoz, we welcome you to our apartment, which is located in our house.
The apartment is on the first floor. It is completely self-contained with its own entrance and terrace.
It is equipped to accommodate 4 people (a family or adults).

Whether you enjoy swimming, hiking, or winter sports, everything is nearby.

Eine Unterkunft, in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlt! Der Gastgeber reagiert umgehend auf jede Anfrage und gibt gute und präzise Tipps. Sauberkeit, sehr gute und nützliche Ausstattung. Es fällt schwer, das mit einem einzigen Wort zu beschreiben, aber ich würde es mit „hervorragend“ versuchen.

très bonne semaine à mûres

Accueil chaleureux, studio hyper smypa et propre avec prèsque tous les équipements quotidiens. Location proche à la station de SEMNOZ aussi à Annecy pour trouver un bon restaurant. Très content de passer une semaine là-bas. Merci à Marlène.
