The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Embrun, this charming flat, 3 stars, of a surface of 71 m ² and being able to accommodate to 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 29 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 29 m² living room, very bright, with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside :
- A 14 m² south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the view of the mountains

For even more comfort : iron and ironing board, fibre optic internet, table and chairs on the balcony, plancha.

The flat is ideally located in Embrun, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a small residence. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- All activities around the lake of Serre Ponçon at 550 m : nautical base, water level, beach, sailing, windsurfing, water games...
- Bicycle and boat hire, kite-surfing school, canoeing and kayaking club, UCPA RAFT
- Visits to the Boscodon abbey at 8 km / cheese dairies, honey factories
- Visit to the Serre-Ponçon lake dam museum

Modern, clean and very convenient appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Within 10 minutes walking distance there is a bakery, small super market and the centre of town. If I had to find a negative it would be that the memory foam matrasses are a bit hard when you like to sleep in a cool bedroom. But I would definitely recommend the appartment.

Il aurait été judicieux de prévoir en amont du linge sec pour notre arrivée, même si le roulement semblait court. Heureusement il y avait un change de draps secs pour un lit dans un placard. Même chose pour les serviettes de toilette : nous étions quatre et deux d'entre nous ont été obligés de faire sécher leur serviette avant de s'en servir. Fuite d'eau de la douche sous la paroi de verre qui ne semblait pas étanche, pas systématique mais récurrente donc un peu dommage pour accéder au lavabo sans se mouiller les pieds. Vaisselle juste, une fois le lave-vaisselle rempli. Pas de couvercle pour la poêle... Bien pour petit déjeuner, mais juste lorsque l'on veut faire ne serait-ce qu'un repas plus conséquent à plusieurs. Nous étions là pour fêter un anniversaire et des petites choses nous auraient été utiles... un deuxième torchon, des serviettes de table... A recommander en tenant compte des remarques."
