Welcome to Bretignolles-sur-Mer, in this magnificent recent chalet of 61 m², ideal for family holidays. This charming chalet, nestled in the heart of the peaceful Domaine de La Corniche, is perfect for accommodating up to 6 people.
Upon your arrival, let yourself be seduced by the tree-lined garden, a green space fitted with a synthetic lawn. The spacious 40 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture, invites you to enjoy convivial moments outdoors. The motorised bioclimatic pergola, with its integrated lighting, will allow you to extend your evenings in the open air.
Inside, the chalet combines modernity and comfort. The American kitchen, fully equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press, is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
The lounge is air-conditioned, the ideal place to relax in front of the TV after a day spent exploring the region. Each room is designed to offer a restful and pleasant setting, ensuring everyone a restorative sleep. The first is the master suite with a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The second has a double bed and the last one is equipped with two single beds.
You will discover a second bathroom.
For your comfort, the chalet is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will appreciate the peace and security offered by the estate, which is secured by a digital code gate and video surveillance.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you, allowing you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. On the site, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles – risk of general power outage. Charging stations are available in the city.
