This holiday rental at the Grande mote is ideal for a family getaway to the sea. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our magnificent villa of 180 m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience, please note that excessive noise is strictly prohibited in this villa. It benefits from all the comfort to ensure you a stay dedicated to relaxation. Articulated around the outdoor pool, it has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. You will not miss anything, you will find all the amenities you may need and more, the villa has a spacious living room (non-air-conditioned), an American kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and includes an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a citrus press with a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher etc. The spacious dining room is open to the living room facing the pool. On one side is 2 bedrooms with 160 and 180 beds each with its own shower room and a separate toilet and storage closet. On the other side, a master suite with a 180 bed, dressing room, independent toilet, and bathroom with shower and bathtub.You will obviously enjoy the outdoor area with the beautiful private swimming pool (about 6 x 8) , the patio with bioclimatic pergola and the dining area with a large table and plancha. A laundry room will be provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator and freezer, fans. For parking, free parking spaces are available right in front of the villa. Access to the charging station for electric vehicles will be available as an option (see price at Sogeclub).Please note that the rate does not include household linen, toilet towels or end of stay cleaning. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of 500€ for the cleaning and 2000€ for the villa will be requested upon arrival (sums not collected or debited, as a guarantee).You can enjoy a wide range of water sports, such as wake board, windsurfing and water skiing, just 2 steps from the villa. Within 5 minutes, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course with 2 18-hole courses and 1 6-hole course, for which you will receive 20% discount on green fees on presentation of your rental contract.
