Great location, clean home!

The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if each room had air conditioning as I was traveling with family who are foreigners and aren’t used to this kind of temperature. The listing does mention air conditioning, but it was only in one room, and the other rooms did have fans, which helped. Overall it was a pleasant stay!
