Excellent appartment,fully equipped and great location with top security for tenants and car. Close to the market and restaurants,shops etc. Bad view from the balcony .

Great place but poor arrangement for cleaning and sheets. We were given the option to perform our own cleaning which we certainly could have easily accepted as we are naturally a very clean family. Made us very nervous about how the place was cleaned before our arrival. It also is misleading to not provide bedding with the rental.

You arrive on Sunday, we told you to come on Monday to say hello and tell us if everything is OK and you only come on Friday, one day before your departure. You didn't said anything about the apartment when you came. Nervous ?? You have the choice to make the cleaning yourselves or to pay for it, I don't know what you mean. Außergewöhnlich reicht als Bewertung nicht!Fünf-Sterne . Gehobene und komplette Ausstattung bis hin zum Waschtrockner. Sehr niveauvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage (Fahrstuhl).Und dann die ruhige Lage mitten im Herzen von Concarneau. Die Markthalle und der Mini-Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die Ille close direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Promenade lädt zum spazieren oder verweilen ein, mit Blick auf die Felsen, Buchten und die Glenan's.Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass ein "Stadturlaub" so erholsam sein kann.

Séjour très satisfaisant

Le logement est propre, très bien équipé, spacieux et très calme (l'église n'a jamais sonné, aucun bruit l'immeuble ni dans les environs) alors qu'il est en plein centre. Sa localisation était idéale pour nous : à deux pas des commerces (petit carrefour, biocoop, halles), de la ville close, des départs de bus pour les visites et randonnées. Les échanges avec l'agence de voyage, auprès de laquelle les clés sont à récupérer et rendre, sont fluides. À noter que la literie est très ferme. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter. Un motif d'insatisfaction concernant Abritel qui n'a pas appliqué le bon taux de taxe de séjour et nous a largement surtaxés. Nous sommes toujours dans l'attente d'une réponse de leur part.

Positiv:Die Lage war super zentral, gut zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe, Ville Close in 2 Minuten erreichbar, Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt unter dem Haus sehr praktisch, Wohnung sehr geräumig und sehr ruhig, gute Betten, sehr zuverlässige, unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern von Sterne Voyages, WaschmaschineNegativ: hätte etwas sauberer sein können, die Dusche im Bad ist schlecht konstruiert (man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht das Bad unter Wasser setzt), etwas mehr Kaffeebecher wären gut gewesen, Hände- und Geschirrhandtücher für Gäste nicht vorhanden (trotz Buchung mit Handtüchern)Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Hébergement récent, résidence sécurisée, parking sous sol, très proche ville close, commerçants accessible a pied. La place de parking est 1 vrai plus, les commerces très proches également. La ville close est magnifique. La pointe du raz est a voir !!!

Parfaitement conforme à mes attentes (juste quelques manques : assiettes à soupe, torchon...)

15 jours magnifiques pour ce 3ème séjour à Concarneau dans ce plein centre ville aussi vivant le jour que calme la nuit et où, même sans voiture, tout est à proximité : mer, nature, culture et ... marché quotidien.

Superbe appartement !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très récent au calme et idéalement situé en centre-ville au cœur des commerces et disposant d’une place de parking atout non négligeable car tout le stationnement est payant à côté. La literie est top (c’est assez rare pour le souligner) et la cuisine hyper bien équipée rien ne manque pour cuisiner ! Allez y les yeux fermés c’est une super location (merci à Cathy de l’agence Sterne voyages qui est d’une gentillesse incroyable !) P.S: On vous recommande la crêperie entre amis qui est excellente, la boutique La Marchande pleine de jolis objets, la librairie Albertine et Hop’s pour boire un verre c’est très sympa aussi .., bref une ville très chouette ! Très bon emplacement dans Concarneau !

Appartement joli et fonctionnel dans une résidence neuve et calme, très bien située : à deux pas de petits commerces (et à 300 m de l’unique boulangerie du centre) et des Halles, ainsi que de la ville close. Crêperies et restaurants proches eux aussi. Le parking est un plus appréciable. Beaucoup de belles balades à faire aux alentours, en particulier sur les sentiers côtiers. Accueil à l’agence très cordial. Bref, un excellent séjour !

Concarneau est une très belle ville, le site est superbe. Le gros problème est que beaucoup, beaucoup trop de monde le sait !!! Nous nous sommes retrouvés au milieu d'une nuée de visiteurs. Commerces pris d'assaut, restaurants usines ... Nous choisirons une autre période pour retourner là-bas.

Traumhafte und neue Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr schnell und sehr einfacher. Ein später check-in und ein früher check-out waren auch unproblematisch. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und sehr wohnlich und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Sogar ein Austernmesser lag in der Küche ;-)

l'appartement est idéalement situé en centre ville, très confortable, calme et joliment decoré. J'ai en outre, particulierment appréciée les petites attentions rarement présentes en location, comme du sopalin, des produits menagers, éponges etc... je recommande vivement et reviendrai surement.
