This 19th-century town house overlooks the banks of the Vézère river in the heart of the village of Le Bugue. Ideally situated just 5 minutes' walk from all amenities, its renowned market (Tuesday and Saturday mornings) and its many activities (Parc du Bournat, local swimming pool, mini-golf, aquarium, etc), this property can accommodate up to 8 people as an option. The price quoted here is for up to 4 people.

The house is spread over four levels of which the spaces and volumes offer the comfort of yesteryear, with high ceilings and large windows providing plenty of light and superb views over the Vézère. Outside, the enclosed garden overlooks the river.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a cloakroom, the living room, the dining room and then the fitted kitchen.

From the lounge, you can access the terrace with its large dining table, perfect for al fresco dining.

The first floor has two charming double bedrooms overlooking the Vézère, each with its own bathroom and toilet.

The second floor, corresponding to the +4 additional guests option (total capacity up to 8 people), leads to two attic bedrooms with 2 twin beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The single beds can be converted into double beds on request.

The garden level gives access to the laundry room and a second large terrace with direct access to the quays of the Vézère.

Options are available for this property:

- Linen pack : includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).

- Baby pack : The baby pack includes a high chair and a cot with linen.

- Access to the second floor : this floor can accommodate up to 4 extra people and comprises of two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be made into a double bed on request), and a bathroom.
