Pretty 4-room apartment on the 1st floor of a building with a direct access to the beach.
Enter the apartment and you will fall in love with the wonderful seaview.
Take a seat on the balcony at breakfast time and enjoy the wonderful landscape on Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and the boats.
This apartment is composed of a bright living-room, a wellfurnished separate kitchen (washing-machine, dishwasher, micro-wave, oven...), a bathroom, separate toilets, one bedroom with seaview and 2 bedrooms with a view on the canal and the houses of Port Grimaud.
2 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds.
A/C in the living-room only.

On the beach side, a balcony to enjoy the sea view or look after your children/ grandchildren playing on the beach.
A parking space on the main parking.
A cosy apartment perfect for families!
At the end of the street, there is a little grocery shop.
In the center you will find other shops: restaurants, shops, ice-cream makers, a bio bakery.
Coches d'eau boats to go all around the canal of Port Grimaud.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• The final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.

• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees for a later check-in.
