This 2-storey villa is composed of a kitchen/living room (kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, washing machine) with table for 4, sofa, TV (French channels) and access to a small terrace with a table for 4, equipped with an awning, view on the pine trees. A guest toilet with hand basin is next to the entrance.
A staircase leads downstairs to the sleeping area consisting of a shower room with WC (shower, washbasin, storage space), a first bedroom with double bed (140x190), cupboard, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard. A dressing room is available under the stairs. The two bedrooms have access to an unfenced outdoor space of about 10 m² with a small table and chairs.

Located 900m from the beach and 650m from the first shops, the Residence Mer Indigo - Côté Mer consists of semi-detached houses and flats. A pedestrian path leads to the beach and the centre of the resort. The swimming pool is normally open from 1 June to 30 September, but the dates may vary depending on the decision taken by the general meeting of co-owners.
With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a very popular seaside resort. It is part of the municipality of Fleury d'Aude, and every day of the year, this small village hosts a delightful, typical southern market on the seafront. Not far from there, in the massif of La Clape, a protected natural heritage: the exceptional "gouffre de l'œil doux" offers a spectacle not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds in the distance.
