This is this first unit in a complex of 3 duplexes and is a secluded, end unit, beautiful 3 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath, 2000 square foot, brand newer (built in 2009) town home. With cathedral ceilings, river rock fireplace and brand new furnishings this town home has all the luxuries of home and then some. For additional guests you can rent the other end of this complex a nice 2 bedroom listing #219951.

The magnificent views of the 5th fairway and mountain range can be seen out of the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, queen bedroom and loft of this gorgeous home.

The master suite has it's own private deck entrance that looks out to the 5th fairway and the mountain range beyond. The master bath has a floor to ceiling tiled, walk in, double headed shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are his and hers vessel sinks with granite counter-tops and an extra large closet.

The second and third bedrooms are upstairs and have a queen bed in each. Also upstairs is a full bath with double vessel sinks, granite counter top and tiled shower/tub combo.

The loft area also has a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain range beyond. There is a desk space with Wi-Fi/cable modem, as well as an additional big screen television with satellite cable included. The loft area has a convertible sofa (converts to double bed) and an extra chair.

The great room is just that. With huge windows to watch the wildlife that is abundant on the 18 hole golf course in every season, or watch the golfers, or just watch the mountains grow, this is the place to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit, dine, and cook in this wide open space.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and hickory cabinets. You will have all the necessities for cooking and dining for 10. The dining area has a granite top table that seats 6 comfortably with or without the leaf provided. There are 6 chairs and 4 extra bar stools for the breakfast bar so everyone can eat together.

Beautiful, huge secluded deck with gas bbq grill and seating for 4 at the table and 4 on the park benches.

This end unit town home has all the privacy of a cabin in the woods, with all the amenities of being close to town. There is a walking path that will take you to:

The center of town - 1.5 miles

Great restaurants - Hangar Restaurant, seasonal, at the golf course is just down the path.

Several other great restaurants like Cables Grill, - .5 miles

New Recreation and Aquatic center - .5 miles

Stanley Field ball park with tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic areas and Lake Estes - .5 miles.

If you get into town and decide you have purchased to much or you just don't want to walk home, no need to worry, just catch the free shopper shuttle to bring you directly back to the front doors of the golf courses main building, which is just a path walk away from your front door.

We are Roy and Michele Johnson and we started building and renting luxury condo's in 1995 when we realized there were very few if any places big enough and nice enough for a family of 6 to stay for a week. What makes this townhome unique

While you can view the golfers and the surrounding beautiful golf course, only in Estes Park can you also see the elk, deer, mountain lion, bear and coyotes on that same course. Not to mention the majestic mountains.

Just fantastic

This was our second vacation in Estes, and we enjoyed our stay in the other home owned by Michele so much we decided to re-book, but it was not available ! However Michele came to our rescue and offered this home instead - guess what , yes it is equally impressive, and just as comfortable, in fact apart from the additional bedroom it is identical. We loved our second stay, and we are sure it will not be our last, Michele is a great host and we loved that we met up with her again on our last day. This home is luxurious, comfortable, practical and just fantastic, treat yourselves and book it .

Thanks again Michele for making it so easy to book from the UK, we are already planning a return trip.

We loved this place! The pictures really don't do it justice! Michelle was very helpful and available. Loved that there were fans (not just ceiling fans) in each room. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, Great house for family vacation

We were a party of 7 and the house had more then enough space for all of us. Super well kept and clean and very beautiful house. We loved it and will come back a next time.

Awesome rental!

We had a sisters get together and stayed 4 nights. It was wonderful! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. We watched the elk off of the deck every afternoon. Easy access to downtown and RMNP. The rental was very clean and nicely furnished. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to return for another getaway in the future.

Lovely Vacation Home in Estes Park

What a great place for our family to gather! With spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, a two-car garage, great views, easy access to Estes Park shops and restaurants, and the quiet of being a mile from town on a golf course, this condo is a bargain. We enjoyed the added feature that our wheelchair bound father could go from garage to the living space and bedroom to the back porch on his own. Michele even came by on her way home to help us adjust the new television! Plus we relaxed and watched rabbits, chipmunks and elk from the deck! Great week away!
