261 Key West is a luxurious Oceanside single-family pool home that will satisfy the most exquisite taste. You will not only enjoy the fine quality and style of the home, you will enjoy the Gulf waters and the soft white sandy beaches of the Gulf just footsteps from your door.

No need to cross busy streets to get to the beach! You will only be steps off your own patio to enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets, collect the abundance of seashells, watch boats sail by and see dolphins playing in the calm waters. The home shares a heated pool with the other three homes in Key West Court. There is an elevator that goes to each floor from the ground floor.

The 3 spacious bedrooms offer attached full bathrooms, plus a half bath next to the kitchen. The Main Suite has a walk in closet and built-in mini bar equipped with a wine cooler and its own Keurig Coffee maker. It also has a dedicated workspace for those that work remotely. Pack light, as there is a full size washer and dryer in the home. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The kitchen is gorgeous and has plenty of storage. There are two separate balconies to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dining.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. For security purposes, there is a security camera covering the exterior area of this home. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

1st time to Ft Myers Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was very nice, clean, good location. Pool was under construction for 3 days, then workers came and laid sod, pool was not cleaned once while we were there,contract said cable TV there wasn't any. Elevator was very slow.

Enjoyed with Exceptions

Several items needed attention. WIFI not working, had to be shared with previous occupants, repairman not able to repair. Dishwasher not functioning, repairman tried to reset unsuccessfully. Electricity went out for about an hour, no one responded to our calls. When the emergency line responded, they had our son open the high voltage box outside and switch breaker back on. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beach house which was decorated beautifully. The pool was very small and in disrepair. For the amount of money we paid, we feel that things should have been in better condition.

Winter Get Away

Beautiful property, steps away from the beach and plenty of great restaurants. They were great with answering all of my questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier. Home is beautiful and the pictures reflect it. Definitely would stay again at this property!

Family Christmas Vacation

Fabulous property! Great beach and they have everything...beach chairs, coolers, bikes. The grocery store is walkable and there is a marina right behind the grocery store. The only downside was the traffic...it was very difficult to drive anywhere. We just rode bikes to dinner every night.

Walk to beach and nice pool

Great place. Second house off the beach. Have some slight lines to shore but not a ton. Open space and big garage for storage. There was a mid size roller cooler in garage and 4 beach chairs and some misc toys and a few boogie boards, one 6’ beach umbrella too. That’s was to have and we left a few items behind too. Second fridge I garage w a few Ice packs so you can keep drinks and beach snacks easy to grab. They also had 4 bikes but tires were almost flat and no bike pump so didn’t use those much. We love waves and playing in the water and I’ll say we had little to no waves the whole week we were there and lots of algee. Headed north to Captivia island and the beaches and waves were much better there. It was about a 40 min drive to those beaches. There are no beach rentals close to this house, at least none I could find. The few on the island I called did not deliver to our house. Public’s was a nice grocery store and one block from home. An easy walk. 2 extras blankets in the home so if you are a cold sleeper might want to bring an extra one. Kitchen had all the basic things needed for cooking. Not a sharp knife to be found sadly but this seems normal for most rentals we’ve been at. So overall no issues with the stay but we’ll be staying north on Captiva next time due to better beaches :)
