3-room apartment labeled 3* in the Savinière area - la Tranche sur mer
La Tranche sur Mer, between La Terrière and Le Phare - New 60 m2 three-room apartment in a small residence (29 apartments) on the edge of the national forest with swimming pool open and heated from June 1 to September 30. Ideal for a stay with family or friends. The apartment is planned for 4 people.
A person is present to welcome you and inform you on your arrival and facilitate your stay. She is also present when you leave.
A deposit check of 500 euros, to be given to the concierge, is requested.
The balance of the rental is to be paid 1 month before arrival
The apartment includes:
• Entrance,
• Living room with sofa, pouffes and coffee table, low sideboard, table and chairs
• Equipped kitchen area: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, extractor, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner
• 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed with wardrobe/dressing room
• 1 bedroom with two 90x200 beds with storage.
• Bathroom: shower, basin and base unit, washing machine, iron and ironing board, WC
• Independent WC
• Garden of 35 M2 with terrace: table and chairs, 2 deck chairs, parasol, drying rack and clothes pegs,
• Two private parking spaces,
A bike room and one for boards are at your disposal. The apartment is located between the beach of "La Terrière" and the beach "Le Phare". Bike lane in front of the residence and free shuttle bus nearby in July August. Many hiking trails.
End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and in addition: 50 euros to be given to the concierge.
Household linen not provided (Possible option for sheets and towels 75 euros)
A contribution of 25 euros per week is required for heating from the beginning of October to the end of March.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Non-smoking apartment.
Tourist tax in addition for adults.
