Sister trip

Apartment is very modern and clean with lovely river views. Nice laundry facilities. Easy Uber ride into old city area. Be prepared for multiple check in steps - completed process.

Excellent Location with Great View

This is an extraordinary apartment. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the equipment is very good. The owner was very thoughtful with every detail, the contact was perfect. From the balcony you enjoy a superb view on the river. I recommend it wholeheartedley.

Highly recommended!

The apartment is lovely, clean, modern and convenient (everything was as advertised). Thomas was always attentive and within reach during our stay. We loved being there for 5 days to explore Normandy and the magnificent old city of Rouen. When we arrived Thomas left us a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us to the area which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend this charming welcoming apartment.

Very secure!!!But parking control did not work.Local mgr had poor response..."must be your problem". Mgr never visited site in 4 days, so we parked illegally in street. Totally unsat.

Dear Terry, We’d like to share some concerns regarding your recent stay. We attempted to reach you by phone over a two-day period without success, which made communication very difficult. Additionally, the parking system is fully operational, but it appears it was not used correctly, leading to complaints from neighbors and some damage to the property. At check-out, the keys were left outside the key box, making them accessible to the public. This is not only against house rules but also poses a serious security risk. We make every effort to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we hope that’s reflected in our service. Unfortunately, your review does not accurately represent our efforts. Serene and out of the fray of Roeun

Pristine, well-equipped, fast internet, pretty view, great sunsets, safe, very comfortable beds. A few misgivings: Entry process would have been much easier had we know the red plastic fob on the key chain was instrumental in getting into the building. Perhaps state that the building is actually below street level. It took a couple of passes to figure where the actual entrance was. We had to use guesswork to figure how to use the appliances. There was no folder of instructions. We figured it out but it would be helpful to leave instructions. The tv — Netflix and prime were locked after the first night. No way to get into it without a code.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We’re glad we could assist you with the red plastic fob for building access. There is a folder of instructions for the appliances located below the oven. Regarding Netflix and Prime, we weren’t aware of the issue but would have been happy to assist if informed. For easier access to our property, we offer a guest app and Google Maps integration. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Un peu difficile de trouver l'entré du lieu dans la nuit, être vigilant que sa soit en journée plus facile pour se guider, autrement appartement sans surprise car c'était vraiment comme indiquer parfait très agréable dommage que nous n'avons pas pris le temps d'en profiter un peu plus du logement a refaire .
