Great place to stay.

Great location, comfortable, lovely view, and well appointed. Karolina is an attentive, conscientious host. We appreciated her working with our travel schedule and the thoughtful treats.

Amazing stay

It was a very plesant stay. The host was kind and available all the time. The apartment is well equiped and has a stunning view to the sea. For sure I would recommend it for family holidays

Fabulous break

We planned a fly and flop break and this apartment hits the spot in so many ways Great location for the beaches Apartment has everything you need and spacious for two couples. The host was amazing and was flexible with our check in and out enabling us to really enjoy our time in alcudia

Great view

Very nice place with fantastic views. There is some traffic noise but that is a small minus compared to all the plus points. It's a perfect base to explore the rest of the island. Good value.

Spacious comfortable flat with a wonderful view from the balcony.

A lovely base for a fab holiday

Communication before we arrived was very good. The photos were accurate too. The apartment is on the 4th floor in a large block serviced by a lift. The block is secured by a digital lock. The balcony looks out over the sea and the Bay of Alcudia and behind the building is a lake. We watched the egret fishing in the lagoon next to the apartment. In the evening the balcony is in the shade but lovely for sunny mornings. We didn’t use the swimming pool - we didn’t have the weather for it but it was clean and has showers and loungers. A short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants as well as buses to take you to the old town and other parts of the island. We had a wonderful trip exploring parts of the island in the car, visiting beaches and places of interest. We hired a car and parking outside was easy.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Anlage ist etwas älter, die Wohnung aber in gutem Zustand und sauber. Die Betreuung und die Schlüsselübergabe komplikationslos und freundlich.

Excelente apartamento

Magnífico apartamento con unas vistas impresionantes. Playa de arena blanca y agua cristalina a 2 minutos a pie. Facilidad para aparcar. Aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones. Karolina fue una magnífica anfitriona. Nos facilitó poder dejar las maletas en el apartamento antes del checking ya que llegamos muy pronto. Hubo un problema con la piscina y nos ofreció una alternativa. Muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Por poner una pega, sería necesario aire acondicionado también en el salón. A pesar de tener ventilador en el techo y un ventilador de pie, por las mañanas hace mucho calor. Sin duda, un magnífico apartamento.

Top-Aussicht

Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und man findet alles vor was man in einem Appartement so braucht. Strandbad, nur vor einer stark befahrenen Straße unterbrochen. Alles in allem durchaus empfehlenswert.

Ubicado frente al mar y con laguna por detras. Paseo maritimo y bien comunicado. Muchos utiles de cocina y detalle de la anfitriona... Perfecto para familias.

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement. Nous y avons passé 28 jours. L'hôte Karolina était disponible en tout temps et très serviable. À notre arrivée, après plus de 20 heures de voyage, nous avions tout ce qu'il faut pour un lunch: pain, beurre, jambon, fromage, bière, ce qui nous a permis de relaxer et de pouvoir admirer cette vue magnifique sur la mer, le port d'Alcudia, le canal où nous pouvons y voir plusieurs pêcheurs, des vacanciers sur le magnifique trottoir qui longe le canal et qui nous amène à la plage. Il y a plusieurs épiceries à 6 ou 7 minutes à pieds, terrasses, boutiques etc. L'appartement est très bienéquipé en tout. Nous pouvions nous rendre à la plage en 3 minutes à pieds. Le transport en commun est bien organisé. Il y a l'arrêt qui se nomme Ciudat Blanca, en allant vers la gauche en sortant de l'appartement. Arrêt très achalandé. Les autobus sont souvent pleins. Nous nous rendions à l'arrêt avant, en allant vers la droite en sortant de l'appartement, (en direction de l'épicerie Eroski), et nous avions souvent une place assise. L'appartement est situé sur un boulevard assez achalandé mais, en ce qui nous concerne, ça nous plaisait d'être parmi la vie de quartier. Les photos sur le site sont très représentatives de l'endroit. Les levers de soleil sont magnifiques ainsi que les levers de lune. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit.

Appartement tout confort pour un Séjour parfait

Logement grand et spacieux tout confort et très bien placé a Alcudia avec une superbe vue de la terasse. Tout est pensé pour le bien être des locataires a leur arrivée. L accueil de l hôte Karolina est parfait. Elle est à l écoute et aux petits soins de ses locataires. Merci a Karolina pour les petites attentions particulières prévues à notre arrivée ( eau cafe lait etc...). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans le bel appartement de Karolina.

Die Wohnung liegt strandnah, ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es stehen viele öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Haus steht an einer Hauptstrasse.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Top ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen: toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ein sensationeller Blick vom Balkon und viel Platz für 4 Personen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, unkomplizierter check-in und check-out. Strandstühle, Schirm, Einkaufstaschen, Seife, Waschmittel... alles vorhanden. Ein Segen im August: die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Gute Lage: zentral, nah am wunderschönen Strand und doch nicht zu sehr im Getümmel. Ja, das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Straße ist laut, aber das wussten wir vorher. Nur die Liegen am Pool sind wirkliche eine Zumutung, als hätte sie jemand vom Sperrmüll geholt. Wenn man eine findet, bei der der Bezug nicht zerfetzt ist, kann man trotzdem nicht darauf liegen, weil einem die Querstreben in Rücken und Beine gerammt werden. Aber die Wohnung war wirklich super. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für alles Karolina! Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great location

Lovely apartment. Great location. Balcony has fabulous view of the sea with morning sun and afternoon shade. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
