Le City-Break - T3 en centre-ville avec un parking sécurisé

Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 45 m² flat in Vannes that can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 4ᵉ floor with lift, it comprises a pleasant 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room with shower as well as a separate toilet & It also has a private and secure parking space.

For your convenience, cleaning is included in the rental price and hotel-quality 4★ linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Beds will be made on arrival to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV and Wi-Fi
- A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 × 190), the other with a queen-size bed (160 × 200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A lovely terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying fine weather and offering an unobstructed view of Vannes.

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a particularly pleasant environment. You'll be within easy reach of all the essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.

- If you are coming by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the flat's private parking space.

Produits d'entretien (dont poudre pour le lave-linge) fournis avec toutes les éponges et brosses. Quelques produits de cuisine (comme huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre) étaient disponibles. Bel éclairage grâce à la terrasse qui surplombe les maisons, que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser du fait de la pluie :( La place de stationnement dans le parking souterrain est un plus indéniable. 🙁 Le seul bémol : le tancarville pour étendre le linge était cassé."

Le chauffage à revoir, uniquement le radiateur de la cuisine et celui de la salle de bains fonctionnaient. Les autres ainsi que le thermostat dans l'entrée ""aux abonnés absents""."

LE CITY-BREAK "In der Nebensaison nicht erste Wahl, in der Hauptsaison noch okay. 🙂 Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich und charmant. Die Möglichkeiten der winzigen Küche waren okay und die Ausstattung mit einer Waschmaschine gut. Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral und war mit Auto gut erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Innenstadt lagen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schlafzimmer und Bad waren sauber. DIe Dachterrasse ist eigentlich schön gelegen, weil man über den Dächern von Vannes einen tollen Blick hat und abends noch draußen sitzen kann. Allerdings ist sie nur lieblos ausgestattet. 🙁 Es war etwas schwierig, die Adresse mit unserer gebuchten Unterkunft in Einklang zu bringen, weil es an der Haustür keinen Hinweis auf unseren tatsächlichen Gastgeber Le City Break T3 gab, sondern ein anderes Hotel auf dem Schild angegeben war. Als uns in der Tiefgarage unser Parkplatz gezeigt wurde, war dieser von einem anderen Fahrzeug blockiert. Auch am nächsten Tag war dies noch der Fall, allerdings durch ein anderes Fahrzeug. Zum Glück konnte uns die Kontaktperson, von der wir den Schlüssel erhielten, einen Ausweichparkplatz organisieren. Dafür waren aber scheinbar eine Menge Diskussion, mehrere Anläufe (sowie muttersprachliche Französischkenntnisse) mit dem Personal des Hotels nötig, das ebenfalls Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage nutzt. Auf jeden Fall hat sich aber unsere Kontaktperson sehr dafür eingesetzt, das Problem zu lösen! Ess- und Wohnbereich waren nur lieblos ausgestattet. Die Batterie der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war leer, die Deckenbeleuchtung in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. In den Nachttischchen der beiden Schlafzimmer fehlten sämtliche Schubladen. In der Nebensaison findet man sicherlich bessere Unterkünfte als diese Ferienwohnung. In der Hauptsaison ist diese Wohnung noch okay."
