Located facing the sea, in a small, quiet building in the Croix district, the 70 m2 apartment has two bedrooms, a living room open to the equipped kitchen and a large terrace to enjoy lunch and relaxation facing the sea.
Ideally located to enjoy the beach, restaurants, market halls, market and Ville Close on foot.
The apartment has been refurbished and has a neat and modern decoration, quality furniture and new bedding to better welcome you. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. Each bedroom has storage space. A baby cot can also be provided. Sheets and towels are provided at an extra cost on request.
During your stay you will have access to two private parking spaces in the basement (paid outdoor parking from June to September). We also provide you with two bicycles for beautiful rides along the coastal paths.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Concarneau! The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The apartment is fantastic: it is spacious, has everything you need, features quiet bedrooms, and the terrace offers a wonderful view of the bay of Concarneau. Plus, there is a private parking space. The location is ideal for discovering Concarneau and the region. We highly recommend it!

Das Appartement entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung und ist vollständig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige hundert Meter zur Markthalle und zur Ville Close. Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten noch einige sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden dieses Appartement beim nächsten Urlaub in Concarneau sehr gerne wieder wählen.
