Lovely modern villa close to amenities

Lovely modern styled villa 20 minutes walk from the beach. Great walks close by through the forest for our dog. Close (around 20 mins walk) to golf course and amenities, restaurants and beach bars. Fab cycle paths to get around without the car. Hussar and Biarritz a must to visit and also Spain only a 40 minute drive, plus an aqua park close by. Much easier to get around by car than the south of France too. Would be good if owner could provide bikes, boogie boards and sun umbrella to loan for the stay to make the most out of the area.
