Come and stay in this apartment for couples or friends, quietly located on the ground floor, it is equipped with every comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people.
You have a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with comfortable mattress.

For moments of conviviality the American kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate.

Washing machine and wi-fi access available .

Sheets and towels provided.

A 15 minute walk , there is the tram, the Promenades des Anglais and shops.

For travellers coming from the airport, the tram is direct to the apartment (stop Carras)

    Great place to stay. A little bit tough with street parking, but it’s available in 10 min walk radius. The kitchen has everything is needed. Great terrace. Host communication can be improved a bit, but overall o recommend

    Appartement au calme, à 25 min du centre de Nice en tram

    Si on préfère être en dehors du centre ville comme c'est mon cas, l'appartement est bien situé. Dans un quartier résidentiel, à 10 min à pied de la plage et 10 min à pied du tram qui va dans le centre ville et à la gare de Nice. Appartement propre, agréable, le canapé-lit est confortable, l'équipe est réactive dans les messages échangés. L'appartement se situe au rez-de-chaussée, côté cour, donc c'est très calme et il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis grâce aux plantes qui nous cachent.

    Agréable séjour à Nice

    Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce logement à Nice ! L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et bien situé, à proximité de La Promenade des Anglais. La décoration était moderne et chaleureuse, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Nice. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

    l'appartement est très bien situé. Les bus et tram sont proches. Il faut être assez sportif pour monter dans le quartier pour le faire à pied. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, au RDC, calme, bien équipé, spacieux. Il fait un peu chaud dans l'appartement l'été. La climatisation serait bienvenue.

    Séjour à Nice près de la plage !

    Le séjour dans ce logement a été agréable dans l’ensemble. Il était proche de toutes commodités ( bus, Tram, supérettes). Il est spacieux avec une belle cuisine. Nous avons été embêtés par quelques moustiques à l’intérieur de l’appartement, mais rien que de l’antimoustique ne puisse résoudre. Un petit bémol est à mettre sur la vaisselle qui n’était pas toujours propre dans les tiroirs.

    Appartement plein de charme, au calme et bien situé

    Nous avons séjourné 3 nuitées chez Thomas et tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour les voyageurs qui cherchent à s'éloigner du centre-ville. Propre, lumineux, très bien agencé et décoré. Petit panier gourmand et deux cahiers informatifs nous ont fait plaisir. Le logement est cosy et bien décoré. Nous nous y sentions bien, on serait bien resté plus longtemps, mais notre petit trip dans le Sud nous a emmenés ailleurs 😄 Je recommande les yeux fermés !
