Pas d'accueil par le propriétaire qui demeure dans la maison voisine.Pas de compassion par le propriétaire suite à deux évènements regrettables: bruits type rave party dans l'appartement du dessous une nuit entière, arrestation policière de dealers dans l'appartement du dessus. Ces 2 logements lui appartenant aussi. Équipement: remarque :pas de lavabo toilettes comme précisé dans l'annonce.

Escapade urbaine

Une proximité du coeur de ville appréciable avec une bonne desserte des transports en commun dans quartiers bigarrés avec restaurants et supérettes à deux pas. Appartement très calme, bien chauffé, lumineux. Bémol sur le matériel de cuisine hors d usage et minimaliste. Nous reviendrons.
