Excellent Getaway

  • 5 of 5

So, let me start off by saying the pictures do not do this place justice. It is super cute and cozy and feels much bigger in person than the pictures depict. It is a smaller unit, perfect for a small family, with enough room to relax comfortably after a day at the beach. And Marge was AMAZING to work with, deposit was returned within a week with a nice note. We decided to enjoy the beach for a couple more hours after we checked out and when I went to the car I ran into Marge and we had a lovely conversation. The complex is literally on the beach, unfortunately no view, but it really doesn't matter as you are a short and I stress SHORT walk to the vast sands and ocean as far as you can see. We would definitely return without hesitation. It was our first trip to Brigantine and we LOVED it. In fact, we tried to book for a week this season but unfortunately the timing didn't work and this condo was already occupied when we'll be in Brigantine, but we will try again next year.

Cozy Condo

  • 5 of 5

We have an amazing week at the condo in Brigantine. The condo was spacious, clean and cozy. It featured all of the amenities we could need. The best part about our stay was the fact that the condo was only steps from the beach. We were able to walk within minutes and enjoy sunrise/sunset on the sand. The condo is a great find! We would love to stay again!

Brigantine Condo

  • 5 of 5

We loved this little condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, and was the perfect size for our family of 3. The short walk to the beach was wonderful as was the ocean breeze that came through the condo. Affordable for even the tightest of budgets, this condo is a gem!

We ate at the Macedonian Grill for dinner one night and the food was great! We also took the 10 minute drive to the Atlantic City Boardwalk and rode some rides at Steel Pier which is a really nice little amusement park. The rest of the time we enjoyed the beautiful beaches in Brigantine and can't wait to go back!

On the Beach

  • 4 of 5

This is a very cute and well equiped VERY small unit. I would suggest no more than two people and if you are large forget it - the shower was difficult to use for our six year old! You are right on the beach. The complex is nothing fancy but all you need if you just want to go to the beach.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback. I can see that it would be difficult to bathe a small child in the shower stalll. The other option is the large enclosed outdoor showers where Mom could bathe and dress the children. You're right though, being on the beach is great! Hope you enjoyed your vacation. Marge

Relaxing Week in Brigantine

  • 5 of 5

What a relaxing week we had in Brigantine the week of 8/13-20.

The condo was just perfect: clean, quiet location, never a problem parking. The best feature for us, though, was the easy access to the beach, esp. since my husband is recovering from back surgery and uses a cane...just a short, easy walk from the front door, thru the dunes walkway and we were on the beach! We didn't need to pack & carry lunch to the beach, just our drinks & snacks. It was so convenient returning to the condo to relax and eat, taking a break from the sun, then returning to the beach later. After dinner, we would enjoy our ice cream while sitting on the deck, overlooking the ocean...what a view!

I'm an early riser, so I would let my husband sleep-in and I would take the short walk to the Hot Bagels & More Cafe on Brigantine Ave., (a block past the Wawa where I would pick up the morning newspaper) taking my i-Pad since the cafe offers free wi-fi, enjoy my coffee/pastry or egg sandwich; such a relaxing way to start the day. Right across the street is Joe's Seafood Market Grocery Store, where you can pick up groceries, fresh meats, deli lunch meats, rolls at reasonable need to find a grocery chain. On our last nite, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at Laguna Grill restaurant, overlooking the ocean, which offers free valet parking--it is a bit pricy, but definitely worth it!

We were fortunate enough to be in Brigantine the week of the Atlantic City Air Show, so we took the Brigantine Taxi to Atlantic City (only $14) cheaper than paying for parking and getting stuck in traffic, or even worse lost! The cab drivers were courteous and very prompt.

I recommend this lovely condo without hesitation; it is also a plus that you deal one-on-one with the owner, who was a real gem to work with!

The best of both worlds

  • 5 of 5

We stayed the week of 4th of July...we wanted a quiet place to rest and relax on the beach and yet we love the casinos which were only 5 minutes away ...This place is clean, comfortable and quiet..We got up early every morning and walked on the beach which is right out the door through the dunes....Came back and made our breakfast in the lovely kitchen that had everything...We ate our breakfast on the decks while we looked at the beautiful view of the ocean. After breakfast we would sit on the beach, read our kindles and take a swim until lunch.. for lunch we would either walk to a restaurant in Brigatine or explore the area around Atlantic City and beyond. Then back to the beach after lunch or a bike many things to do...At night we would eat out or eat in and take a walk to get a drink, or go to the casinos early for dinner and a show.

We have decided this is our place to can have your quiet beach place and also the excitement of Atlantic City all in one vacation...And it is so close to Philadelphia that we actually spent the day there...What a wonderful vacation! We put in for next year already!
