Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located in Heliopolis entrance E, on the 3rd floor with elevator. Living room with bed in 140 cm. Kitchen area with large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron and vacuum cleaner. Bathroom and toilet separated. Terrace with awning, south west exposure. Parking number 51.Deposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Tourist tax to be paid on site max. 1.44 euros /day/adult person. Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Popldays customers).
