Bonjour,
Je suis très étonnée de votre avis totalement injustifié et gratuit… en effet, vous saviez très bien que vous ne resterez pas dans cet appartement (vous aviez sûrement trouvé autre chose) et à partir du moment où j’ai refusé de vous rembourser la location vous avez laissé cet avis négatif et lunaire… Pour moi il est impossible de rembourser une location alors que je ne peux pas trouver de nouveaux locataires et ainsi perdre une semaine.
Ce n’est vraiment pas bien de laisser un tel avis pour décrédibiliser le bien de quelqu’un qui n’a pas accepté votre demande.
À l’avenir je vous invite à plus de bienveillance envers les propriétaires qui prennent à cœur ces critiques infondées sur leur logement.
Nous n’avons jamais eu de tels soucis avec nos autres locataires.

Appartement la croix valmer
Nous sommes arrivés dans cette location de vacances le 19 juillet 2025 au 26 juillet 2025 avec beaucoup de problèmes d'électricité.La climatisation fesais sauté le compteur général.Les prises électriques du salon et de la chambre étaient aussi hors d'usage.Un électricien bricoleur a dû intervenir et a sectionné l'alimentation de la climatisation pour faire un branchement de secours qui a fait passer le câble d'alimentation sur la terrasse du jardin sous nos yeux..Bref, nous avons passé le premier jour a faire des recherches de panne alors que nous étions en vacances et l'intervention à durée plus de 4h !!Nous étions attendu pour un repas avec la direction d'un camping que nous avons pas pu être a l'heure !!Rien a été fait pour envoyer un électricien professionnel pour résoudre le problème jusqu'au jeudi 24 ou nous avons reçu un appel de la propriétaire pour faire le nécessaire pour les prochaines locataires !Nous trouvons que l'intervention n'as pas été a la auteur de nos attentes.Sans compter les placards de la cuisine avec leurs vérins HS , le four,lui aussi,a du Etre débranché Car nous avons entendu des arcles électrique dû a un mauvais branchement.nous avons proposé a la propriétaire un arrangement à l'amiable des nuitées de compensation suite a ces nuisances subit,ça réaction était de nouveau compenser avec un bouteille de vin.En résumé,des propriétaires mal intentionnés et un logement a fuir !!!!

Ferienanlage mit vielen Dauerbewohnern und wenigen Gästen
Die Wohnung war vollständig ( Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ) ausgestattet. Die Eckwohnung hatte einen Meerblick und große umlaufende Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöbeln. Da zu dieser Wohnung kein fester Parkplatz gehörte und man offiziell nur auf den mit einem V bezeichneten Parkplätzen parken durfte, war es nach Rückkehr vom Strand oder vom Abendessen jedesmal sehr schwierig sein Auto zu parken.

Résidence idéale hors saison. Calme et grande piscine peu fréquentée. Résidence idéalement située pour les visites et l'accessibilité aux proches plages. Appartement très confortable de parler commodité qu'il offre. Salon de jardin avec transat, table et chaises store banne et parasol ! Double terrasse. Très bonne équipement pour la cuisine ouverte ! Lit confortable. Vraiment idéal pour deux personnes !
