Great time of the year to make it to the sandy beaches on Lake Michigan. Ayres Beach House offers access to two beaches very close to the home. McKinley Beach and Miler Beach. One is 150 feet from the house, the other is 1/4 if a city block. Home sleeps 10, dog friendly, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 are en suite. Additionally there is an out door shower so you don’t have to drag the beach sand back into the house with you. We have a beautiful fenced in yard and a fully landscaped 1/2 acre open yard for baseball, soccer, or just running around. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, natural gas Weber Genesis Grill, new construction 2021. Read our many 5 star reviews. One of the bedrooms is a queen over queen bunk bed that can be used for adults but easily sleeps 4 children in the bunk room. You will not be disappointed. Weather outlook looks beach friendly. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I just could not pass this up! This property was previously owned by John Ayres, nick named "The bulldog". This Estate has been in their family for nearly 100 years. John was a high school shop teacher and doubled as the high school football coach. John's wife was also a school teacher. The proximity to one of the nicest community beaches is only a hundred yards away. We do not advertise 'views of the lake' but Lake Michigan is just the other side of lake Shore Road. The Beach house is deep on the lot, and the main house pretty much blocks any views of the Lake, but you can see the Lake as you walk to the Beach. At this time, no one occupies the main house and is slated for demo later in the year, as it will be replaced with a nice 5 bedroom main house.
