Located 15 minutes away from Rouen and 7 km away from the Zoological Park of Clères, in a quite setting, this holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house, has an independent entrance and a 500 m² private enclosed garden. The owners have managed to preserve the soul of this old building dating back to 1850 while giving it comfort and modernity.
