Welcome to Osprey’s Perch — a cozy yet spacious second-floor beach retreat with peaceful bay views, designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy access to all that Seaside Heights has to offer.

This well-maintained three-bedroom, two-full-bath home features a newly renovated interior with central air conditioning and an open, inviting layout that’s perfect for families or couples traveling together. The living room includes a large sectional sofa with ample seating, making it an ideal space to unwind after a beach day.

One of the highlights of the home is the large private outdoor deck, accessible directly from both the master bedroom and the kitchen. Elevated above Bay Boulevard, the deck offers a breezy, tucked-away feel — perfect for morning coffee, sunbathing, or enjoying dinner outdoors.

The home is located just a 4-block walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk and beach, where you’ll find restaurants, amusements, shops, and entertainment. You’re close enough to enjoy everything, yet far enough for quieter evenings along the bay.

Perfect Stay

Amazing stay!

Our stay at Mike and Lauren’s was perfect! Both Mike and Lauren were accommodating and made our stay super easy. The location is great for both beach and bay lovers. Our family had a great time crabbing by the bay and riding the waves at the beach. Our stay was above and beyond our expectations and we look forward to returning next summer!

Perfect getaway

Place was exactly as advertised, plenty of room and in a perfect location (across from the bay and some restaurants and a short walk to the beach). Communication with Mike was great. Would happily stay again.

Great place amazing location!

Loved this place. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Only about a 15 min walk to the beach, or you can rent jet skis across the street. Supermarket nearby. Had everything you need!

Best vacation house!

We absolutely loved this place. Everything is so close! The beach/bay and boardwalk. The owners are so nice and accommodating! The house was lovely! Everybody was comfortable and enjoyed our stay! Definitely coming back!

Great location convenient to beach stores bay

We loved the sun deck and access to bikes, laundry, beach supplies and grill! Very comfy and homey with lots of sleeping options and even extras like air fryer and ninja blender for drinks! Sunset bay across the way and walkable beach distance (quiet north end). Owners were very helpful with anything we needed 😊 thanks again!

Great stay before the summer rush

We stayed for a few days in June. The property is just as described. The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to enjoy the large deck or outdoor shower. Mike was great getting back to us quickly with any questions we had. If we go back to Seaside we would definitely stay here again.

VERY NICE STAY

Lovely hosts! Communicated regularly. Could get in touch with them anytime. Home was very nice! It was soooo great to have the sheets, blankets, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen towels all there already. Plus the beach chairs and even bicycles. Both a real plus! Location was good. Two minute drive to the Acme; so convenient. There was a nice workout park just two blocks away. Was maybe a half mile to the northern end of the boardwalk so you could walk there and didn’t have to pay $3/hour for township parking. All in all a really nice stay! Would recommend it for sure!

Great Location

Michael was awesome! He was very responsive, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location is great. The unit was on the third story though, so climbing up stairs with our 50lb+ bags wasn't the most fun. One of the bedroom that was attached to the deck was freezing cold at night. No extra blankets to be found. The fire alarm went off every time we tried to use the stove. It was a little musty in there. Other than those things, the stay was great!

Hi Jacqueline, Thanks for you feedback. I agree, the winter months are always cold in NJ, especially near water. The deck is beautiful and relaxing in the spring and summer. Blankets are always available as you can contact me anytime for things like that and I am happy to accommodate. The home is only two floors, as indicated on my page. Unfortunately, Seaside's code require us to have smoke alarms in every room for safety. You are welcome back anytime to enjoy our new renovations. As of May, the entire second floor has been renovated, including windows, kitchen, heating and cooling system. Thank you, Michael

Property Mgr lack of call back!

Bath toilet was broken, continously running of water, so I shut the valve. Someone was to show up and fix. This never happened. No access to laundry room, property mgr/owner never responded. Unit right next to a major highway very noisy to sleep.

I have few concerns regarding this review. First, you expressed that there was a lack of call back. This is false, I called you back quickly and we had a conversation.. We discussed the toilet and I immediately stated that I would come to fix it or send someone. You called me back shortly after to tell me that you were able to fix it and that it was something simple - the chain. In addition, I was not aware that you did not have access to the laundry room. If you review the notes I sent you on October 3rd, ten days prior to your arrival, it states where the laundry room key was located. Also, if you were not able to access, you could have let me know in a phone call and it could have been rectified immediately. We appreciate your business, but wanted to clarify your statements.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We just got back from staying the week at this property and it was everything as advertised! Mike was an above and beyond host. It started with a print out a week before of all the information I needed for my stay. Once we checked in, Mike gave us his personal phone number and checked in on us regularly to ensure our stay was going well. He even gave us a beautiful bottle of wine and some amazing recommendations for drinks, food and entertainment. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic

The location was perfect. If you need to get away with your friends or family, this is the spot. There was even a situation I needed assistance with at the house, and reach out to the owner & within minutes was on top it to help out. This was the best home that I spent my birthday weekend & can’t wait to visit here again! Thank you Michael!

Fantastic Week

We absolutely loved the place. Clean and as advertised. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk (or drive if you feel it). Right across from the bay, which we enjoyed trying our hands at crabbing. Great family vacation!!

Cozy Hidden Gem!!!

This was my 1st experience with Vrbo, and it was great! The place is so cozy and it has a homey feel to it. The deck is a nice place to sunbathe, or lounge around with some wine! Everything is pretty much walking distance. The owner is very nice person. I would recommend for families or just for relaxation!

We have been visiting Seaside Heights every summer since we were born. We are always very excited to spend our summer days at the Jersey Shore! There are so many new things happening in the Seaside area, which makes it more enjoyable every year. It is fun for the whole family, with so much to do and see!

You get best of both worlds at my property, bay views and a short walk to watch the sunsets. A short distance to the beach also makes it easy. The boardwalk is so close, with plenty to do for all ages, yet peaceful and quiet neighborhood to relax when you need it!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is also a great location to stay when visiting in fall, winter or spring months. The home is across the street from Acme shopping center and blocks away from CVS. Some nearby restaurants on the island are open year-round. We are also a short drive away to Toms River for malls and tons of shopping and services, everything you need!
