Renate was an excellent host & the property was as beautiful as stated in VRBO! Renate gave thorough instructions on how to get to & inside of the property. She arrived to give us a brief tour including helpful instructions plus there was a binder with instructions for the property & helpful suggestions (i.e., restaurants, things to do). The bedding was comfortable & the towels were plentiful & soft. The bathrooms were spacious & more than adequate. Everything in the house worked properly. The pool was a comfortable temperature & a delight to swim in. The views from the pool, living area, terraces & rooms were stunning. The luggage lift was helpful too. I would definitely come back & stay here again!
Even on a cloudy day, our panoramic view of Lake Garda was stunning.

This is an superb property with a superb host. The house exceeded all our expectations. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for your stay. The pool is fabulous and our children (aged 8 -13) loved! Renate is an incredible host who is always at the end of the phone to answer any queries you have and help out with planning trips etc. She goes above and beyond what most hosts would do. She even organised an emergency dental appointment for us! Thank you Renate for everything. I'd recommend anyone to stay at Renate's villa and enjoy a truly wonderful experience.

Great and peaceful place

We had a very good and relaxing stay.🇮🇹 The house was, like the view from the terrace, gorgeous and big(: Everything was clean and sorted and on top of that we got another cleaning (house and pool) after a week. Renate was really caring about us and even brought us cake on our wedding anniversary.🎂 The communication was excellent with as well… we got many good advices and tips for activities👍.

Wonderful view and House.

Very clean and good House. Wonderful view. Well managed garden and pool. The owner is very kind and had ready welcome dinner and Wine at arrival. We loved the location and had no issues whatsoever.

Die vilöa hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Der garten mit Poll war sehr schön. Der blick über den Gardasee war einfach nur wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful villa

What a wonderful villa with amazing views of the lake from pool, balcony and garden. A lovely place to spend time. Our host Renate was so helpful with advice about the area and even booked a table at a restaurant for us first night. Highly recommended.

Lake Garda

We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. My three year old grandchild told me the morning we were leaving…”unpack nana we are staying longer”. Thank you Renate and your husband you are the best host!

Marvelous views

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped residence. The house has all that you require and the views are even better than on the pictures advertised. Even from the private pool. Host is very attentive to your needs and enormously informative on “weather forecasts”, “where to eat” and “where to buy “, etc. It was a very relaxing and joyful stay.

Great location. Stunning views and sunsets. Perfect base for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding villages. Really good hikes and bike rides and lots of great restaurants in the village

Prachtig verblijf !!!

Zeer mooi gelegen , prachtig uitzicht, zeer nette kamers en goede bedden alles aanwezig voor een top vakantie! Voor ons was het een werk vakantie maar toch super genoten van deze locatie ! Bedankt aan de eigenaar zeeer vriendelijk en gedienstig , een aanrader !

Traum Urlaub im Traumhaus

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit unseren 3 Erwachsenen Kindern unsere Silberhochzeitsreise verbracht. Das Haus war genauso wie im Internett beschrieben. Es fehlte an nichts an der Ausstattung und es war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Dazu noch der einzigartige Ausblick. Frau Koblbauer, unsere Vermieterin, war stets für uns da und hat sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten einen traumurlaub und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Susanne, 48 , Nordrhein Westfalen

Wunderschöner Blick auf den See aus tollem Haus

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in einem der drei Häuser und sind mit dem Haus absolut zufrieden gewesen. Alles war so, wie es hier beschrieben war und auch die Fotos geben einen realistischen Blick. Da die Häuser wohl erst im zweiten Jahr vermietet sind, ist die Einrichtung wie neu. Wir haben das Haus in einem absolut sauberen Zustand übernommen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern, einzig das sechsteilige Besteckset für fünf Personen führte uns schnell zum Spülen und Ablageflächen im Schlafzimmer für die Kleidung könnte es mehr geben. Der Ort San Zeno liegt ca. 500m über dem Gardasee und bietet eine ausreichende Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Fahrt zum See (z.B. Garda) beträgt ca. 10 Minuten. Insgesamt volle Punktzahl, auch für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir werden das Haus gerne jedem empfehlen.
