House allowed to recover with large kitchen, sea views, terraces, garden, dogs

You can expect a very comfortably furnished, nice house, situated on a one way street with no through traffic. There are 2 terraces, one large is on the first floor. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea. Sometimes you can hear the faint sound of the surf of the sea. If it should become a little bit chilly but, you can make yourself comfortable in the winter garden. From there you come to the lower terrace and small garden with barbecue area.
In the bright ground floor there are shower room, a bedroom, a kitchen area with a large kitchen that is fully equipped. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are plentiful. A large fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, 3-ring hob, espresso machine, coffee with the kit. Of course there is also a washing machine that can be used for a fee on the spot. Tenants who like to cook, our large and well-equipped kitchen are highly appreciated.
The tastefully decorated living room, a large dining table with 6 chairs. The sofa (ottoman) is extensible and offers place to sleep for two more persons.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which you can go directly to the terrace. The master bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed of 1.80 x 2 m from Germany. The bed has separate mattresses. Both rooms have large wardrobes. The bedroom includes a separate toilet with sink.
All beds in the bedrooms have for each person at least the dimensions of 190 x 90 m. The Comfort occupancy is given up to four people. There is room for a maximum of six people. The entire house is tiled or Laminate floors.
The house is habitable all year round.
