This cottage sits on peaceful Butterfly Lake on a very accessible, yet quiet road. This location offers incredible proximity to the most popular hubs in Muskoka! Whether you want to shop, dine at the water's edge or watch a waterski show, Port Carling, Port Sandfield, and Bala are all under a 10 minute drive away!
PROPERTY
MONARCH PINES is located on a quiet street with great access. Plenty of parking at this property with flat level land. The driveway leads up to the large porch of this bright open concept cottage. The beautiful newer lake facing deck boasts plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging. Steps and a lighted path lead you down to a fire pit area to enjoy an evening of smores. Further down the path is a flat area with picnic table seating and then on to a solid dock with swim ladder and deep water off the end for fishing and swimming!

Enjoy the incredible lake view from the large windows of this bright, open concept Great Room with wood burning, stone, floor to ceiling fireplace, large flat screen TV above, comfortable seating and walk out to the spacious partially covered deck.
MUSKOKA ROOM
Bring the outdoors in and enjoy a game of cards or Monopoly, away from the bugs in this pretty screened in Muskoka Room with table for 4

This spacious Rec Room boasts a kitchen with cook top, full fridge and an island with seating for 2. Jayne McCaw, has been involved in luxury cottage rentals in Muskoka for the last 5 years and recently launched Jayne's Cottages in 2014.
A message from Jayne, Owner of Jayne's Cottages:
As a child, I grew up with the sandy beach of Lake Huron in my backyard. I went to university and settled in Toronto with my family and made my living selling computer software. I starting visiting Muskoka in the summertime and fell in love with the peacefulness and natural beauty of the surroundings. Shortly thereafter we bought a cottage, which was quite an investment, but my family has never regretted it!
Working full time however only allowed my family a 2 week vacation, so we all agreed that we would rent to cover our property expenses and to afford to take exotic family trips overseas. Renting our cottage has allowed my family to experience other special places, like Provence and Tuscany.
Despite the alarming storms that can rush in, Muskoka has a certain “joie de vivre” about it. Blue skies, gorgeous lakes, quaint villages and sunshine nearly everyday certainly helps keep a smile on everyone’s face. Over our years in Muskoka, I have met charming people who have also fallen in love with this magical part of Ontario and who have purchased beautiful cottage properties that they visit frequently. While they are away from Muskoka, I take excellent care of their homes and host their visitors who come from all over the world to enjoy this beautifully scenic Canadian location that is especially close to my heart.
My goal with Jayne’s Cottages is to help both the cottage owner and our vacationing guests make the most of their Muskoka experience. I would love to help you too! Please be in touch!
