Your vacation will be spent in our apartment in a fantastic, quiet location directly at the spa gardens and yet situated close to the center.

Our 4-star, well-kept apartment and newly renovated on the ground for 2 people offers comfort and convenience with a view to 'Neuschwanstein Castle' and our local mountain 'Säuling'.

At about 50 square meters, we offer you each a separate living room and bedroom, an extra bathroom and a separate, fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes .. ).

Our apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on our large garden terrace with panoramic mountain views of our local mountains 'Tegel mountain' and 'Säuling' as well as 'Neuschwanstein Castle'. The corresponding terrace seating and recliner chairs are waiting for you ....

You can reach walking within 2-5 minutes restaurants, shopping, and our Royal Kristalltherme and also a bus stop and bicycle rental.

Our private car park is exclusively available to our guests, for your bikes, we offer a carport.

We are happy to pick you up by arrangement from the station in Füssen, if you are traveling by train.

Experience our varied leisure area right outside our front door!

You can do, for example, biking, mountain climbing and hiking in the varied degrees of difficulty. In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing and sleigh rides await you. For those interested in culture, a visit to our royal castles, our Roman settlement and many things more .....

The Royal Crystal Spa can be reached in about 5 min walk, for discount tickets, please contact us.
The Tegelbergbahn and the royal castles can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes (by car 5 min). Another alternative is the free use of the public bus with our guest card.

Schwangau Hideaway

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay near Fussen this apartment would be ideal. The owners are very obliging and will make you feel very comfortable from the moment you arrive. The location is great too, with only a few minutes walk to all the facilities in Schwangau, even though you feel as though you are in the country. Highly recommended by us.

Fantastic place and wonderful people

Petra and Wolfgang were incredibly helpful, they picked us up from Füssen train station, showed us around Schwangau so we knew where shops, restaurants, and other useful places were. The property was also fantastic. It is well provisioned with kitchen equipment, towels, etc. We stayed during two incredibly hot weeks and although it reached 33 degrees outside, the property remained cool and pleasant always. The location is very convenient for visiting all the attractions nearby. It was easy to walk to Forggensee in 10 minutes, Hohenschwangau in about 30 minutes, and Füssen in about 45 minutes. You can also get busses that stop regularly in Schwangau, which we used too. We will definitely come back and stay at this lovely spot which has everything we need for an enjoyable holiday.

Excellent apartment

We have been in Schwangau for two weeks in July 2016. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet, well designed and very well maintained. Everything was as advertised on the website. The WiFi connection worked and we could connect the laptop computer and use Skype. There is a fully functional kitchen (stove with four burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator) and everything worked as expected. The bedroom is very comfortable. The living room is well furnished and it has a wonderful view of the Neuschwanstein castle. The parking is near the apartment. The location is really wonderful. The owners made significant efforts to make our vacation really pleasant.

Urlaub in traumhafter Lage am Kurpark

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und alle Dinge sind vorhanden, die man so braucht. Der gepflegte Garten mit seiner Blütenpracht ist eine Augenweide. Die absolut ruhige Lage am Kurpark mit Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein hat uns sehr gefallen. Die vielen Seen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung laden zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Für jedes Alter und für jeden Geschmack gibt es in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit viel Sonnenschein 🌞! Danke

Ferienwohnung in Schwangau beim Bergmyr

Die Wohnung war super sauber und neu renoviert. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der tolle Blick auf das Schloss Neuschwanstein hat uns jeden Tag Freude bereitet. Ob aus dem Wohnzimmer oder von der Gartenterrasse. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man dennoch im Ortszentrum. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen wieder. YG

schöner Urlaub

Mir gefiel die Vielseitigkeit des Urlaubsortes. Die Seen und das flache Alpenvorland luden zum Baden und Radfahren ein. Andererseits war man zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde an der Seilbahn und konnte zum Wandern ins Hochgebirge hinauffahren. Die Küche der Unterkunft war für Selbstversorger vollständig ausgestattet. Das Bad war mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, die sich aber auch in Sekundenschnelle mithilfe der Duschwand in eine Duschkabine verwandeln ließ. Wenn man abends doch mal Fernsehen wollte, konnte man das auf dem großen Fernseher mit vielen deutschsprachigen Sendern und dem angeschlossenen DVD-Player tun. Ein klitzekleines Manko war, dass die Terrasse nicht direkt vor der Wohnung lag, sondern durch einen Gang ums Haus zu erreichen war. Die Wohnlage insgesamt war einerseits zentral, aber andererseits sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Früh wurde man höchstens vom Hahn aus der Nachbarschaft geweckt.

Tolle Lage, super sauber und unglaublich nett

Ich war eine Woche zum Wandern in Schwangau und habe die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Direkt am Kurpark gelegen, sehr ruhig, prima ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Die Gastgeberin war zudem ausgesprochen nett und herzlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder. Liebe Frau Mayr, herzlichen Dank!

Herrliche Gegend zum Urlaub machen bei netten Leuten

Unsrt Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung war ein voller Erfolg. Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend. Die Frienwohnung hatte alles was man sich wünschte. Schön eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Nur Minuten vom Ortskern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Rustig gelegen geriefelijke vakantiewoning

De woning is ideaal gelegen voor wandel en fiets uitstapjes, zowel in de bergen als op het vlakkere. Een zeer proper en verzorgd onderkomen met discrete maar zeer behulpzame verhuurders. Wij komen zeker terug.
