Very beautiful apartment entirely air-conditioned, of a surface of 67m ÂČ with covered terrace of 21m ÂČ, located at the second floor of the residence of standing Mare e Festa with semi-olympic swimming pool with overflow, sight sea and access to the sea by small beach at feet of the residence.
