On the D-Day landing beaches "Sword Beach", "La Belle de Nacre" is revealed in Ouistreham.

For a holiday in the centre of the seaside resort of Ouistreham, and 2 minutes walk from the beach:

By the sea, ideally located, we offer you a charming small semi-detached house of 60m2 including 22m2 of living room, close to all amenities.
It is also an ideal location for treatments at the Thalassotherapy.

It can accommodate 4 people, and there is the possibility of adding a baby cot in the master bedroom, for a child under 24 months.

Not to mention, our animal friends (dogs, cats) who are welcome (1 or 2 max per stay depending on the size to stay in a comfortable setting).

On the ground floor:
The kitchen opens onto a large glass roof, which opens onto the west-facing terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha.

The living room, the central and cosy room of the house, will allow you to spend convivial moments with friends or family, or relax alone.
The bathroom, with toilet and towel dryer, is functional. The laundry area will give you extra storage space.

Upstairs:
The master bedroom, which accommodates a 160x200 cm bed, is through: on the north side, you can linger in the distance on the sea escape, then, to the south, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a balcony with two deck chairs. On request, it is possible to add a baby cot in the master bedroom.
The children's bedroom has two single bunk beds.

This townhouse will allow you to live your stay without a car, in a lively area:

At 250 m, you access the beach (supervised in summer), accessible to dogs all year round, with however a reserved area to the east from June 15 to September 15 (see the website of the city of Ouistreham)
At 150m, you will find the tourist office, the thalassotherapy, the casino, the mini golf, the Aquabella swimming pool, a large recent gaming area with a pirate ship structure...
At 15 m is the first restaurant, before arriving directly in the main street with its local shops (restaurants, bakery, bookshop, tobacconist, pharmacy, ice cream parlours,...).

For your shopping, you can take advantage of the weekly market (according to the schedule available at the tourist office) 350 m away (in summer, until October) and a small supermarket 400 m away.
Free and open street parking, paid in the area around the house (waterfront) between March 1st and October 30th.

Up to 4 bicycles can be stored in the garden to reach the seaside cycle path 200 m away.

You can then discover the D-Day landing beaches or visit the Pays d'Auge, the Vire Valley,...
Caen is also 2 hours from Paris by train, and about 2h30 by car. The bus is also nearby (stop 450m away).
Ferry Terminal 15/20 minutes walk towards Portsmouth.

Practical information:
Minimum 2-night rental all year round and from Saturday to Saturday in high season.
Rental agreement to be signed between the two parties
Self-check-in possible with key box
Security deposit: 800€ not cashed and returned at the end of the exit inventory
Cleaning to be carried out by tenants before their departure
