Gite adjacent to another gite in a complex of 8 gites in the park of Kéravéon, 1.5 km from Erdeven. Living room/kitchen corner, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom/wc, wc, electric heating. Terrace, garden furniture. Shared grounds :20 hectares of greens with its keep-fit track, laundry room, telephone boxes, children's play area (4 to 12 yrs). The old stables of the chateau of Keravéon have been converted into 8 gites sitting on extensive grounds where you will enjoy the peace of the countryside with the proximity of the seaside. Wooded area where barbecues are forbidden. Erdeven is a coastal town, rich in 300 ha of dunes, 6 km of fine sandy beaches, 80 km of marked hiking trails and numerous megalithic sites. For your holidays, stay in the calm of the countryside and enjoy the proximity to the sea. Stay in the former stables of the Château de Keravéon, renovated and transformed to welcome you. Holiday rental in a set of 9 lodgings in total, enjoy the wooded park of 20 hectares, its fitness trail and play areas for children from 4 to 12 years old.
