The studio is homely and perfect for those of average height. It has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed with complimentary high-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The small kitchenette has all the essentials for light cooking, including an electric hob and kettle. The breakfast counter can also be used as additional prep space and comes with two bar stools for your comfort while working or watching TV.

The bathroom has all the essentials for convenience, including complimentary toiletries and clean towels.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

For lovers of literature and culture - the 5th district is the perfect place to visit France, as you'd get a snapshot of the country's rich patriotic history rooted in heroic and egalitarian values.

The 5th, also known as the Latin Quarter, is home to Sorbonne University and student-filled cafes. It's also known for its bookshops, including the famed Shakespeare & Company. Family-friendly attractions include the Jardin des Plantes botanical gardens and the National Museum of Natural History. The stately Panthéon building holds the remains of notables like Voltaire and Marie Curie.

It is conveniently located near two metro stations - Maubert-Mutualité and Cardinal Lemoine. Maubert-Mutualité is the closest station, just a 12-minute walk away, while Cardinal Lemoine station is also a 12-minute walk away. The Luxembourg RER station is also directly nearby, providing easy access to other parts of Paris and its surrounding areas.

You can easily access famous landmarks in Paris, such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, just an 18-minute walk away, and the Louvre Museum, approximately 25 minutes away on foot.

If you prefer ride-sharing services, Uber and Bolt are widely available in Paris and can be used to get around the city. Gare du Nord, one of Paris' main train stations, is approximately 15 minutes away by metro, while Charles De Gaulle Airport is around 45 minutes to an hour's travel time away from the city centre.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
