The property is accessed via a path lined with a large natural garden dotted with old trees, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The front door opens into a bright, delicately decorated space, perfect for family life.
Upon entering, you will discover a unique living area divided into two distinct parts: a sunny veranda that opens directly onto the garden and an indoor room. The veranda houses a spacious dining area, ideal for convivial meals, with a large table that can comfortably seat up to six people. On the other side, a cosy living room with plush sofas and a large television invites you to relax.
The house also features an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant setting to enjoy meals outdoors in the heart of nature.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a multifunctional cooking robot, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and convenient. The ground floor also includes separate toilets and a technical room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, you will find an elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed, offering an unobstructed, picturesque view of the garden. This room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a basin with a mirror, and an infrared sauna. A second bathroom on the first floor features a shower cabin, a basin with a mirror, and a toilet.
The second floor includes two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Please note that both rooms are located in the attic, which means they can get warm during the summer months. Each room is equipped with a fan for your comfort, and air conditioning is installed in the veranda on the ground floor for optimal cooling.
